It's a panera at a small airport... It was fine. I'm just glad they let me use my app and rewards account at the airport location, which some chains don't let you do!
Poor customer service skills from about 4 or 5 associates who chose to ignore the customer standing right in front of them!! They were more interested in visiting with each other instead!!
I’ve had airport food that is good before. This Panera bread was not. The bagel was solid like a literal rock. It’s possible I just got it just as it was expiring. Maybe this was just an outlier of an experience. I’ll have to try it again on my next flight.
