We stopped by Panera Bread in Mesa, AZ, and it turned into a fun memory—my son, Kovana tried avocado toast for the very first time here! The staff had everything fresh and ready, the place was clean, and the service was smooth. The toast itself was simple but packed with flavor—crisp bread, creamy avocado, and a touch of seasoning that made it enjoyable.

What I really appreciate about Panera is the consistency. No matter where we’ve been, the service and food quality always feel dependable, and this Mesa location was no exception. Watching my son experience something new while everything around us was clean and welcoming made it that much better.

This is a spot where you can enjoy a good meal, relax, and make small but memorable moments with family.

Went to lunch and was not greated or waited on at the counter. After a wait had to use the self-help kiosk, not my favorite thing to do. Was going to buy some cookies, but figured it would much hastle.

Always good choices on the menu. Portions are generous. Sandwiches are delicious and filling.

My meal was very fresh and delicious! I ordered on-line when I arrived, and my order was ready soon after.

Much more updated then other locations

Meh, average. Came out fast-ish. Worked for a quick, non drive-through breakfast, but wasn't high quality and one order was wrong.

Don't order online at this location. I choose this location and they told me to go to the Gateway airport and that is very bad customer service. They didn't even do anything to fix their mistake. Don't order here! Save yourself the bull crap.

Solid bagel bakery. Great hazelnut coffee. The honey walnut cream cheese really elevates the bagel experience.

I’m a soup guy, I love a good homemade soup ? and a cup of tea for lunch or dinner. I have been frequently going to Panera delivery because I found that they have the best homemade soups in the East valley, which I consume regularly. Consistently just great with a large portion when you order,12 ounces is what is delivered to your home. If you’re looking ? for something wonderful and delicious then get the chicken noodle soup it’s my favorite ❤️. all these recipes are amazing and delicious anytime, anywhere. S.D. Willstead

This location does not know how to prepare a bag, then check said bag before handing it out. Making mistakes is one thing but failing to get an order out correctly is just intolerable for the prices you charge here. What's worse is going back for your missed item and being told you can't be given it even though you've paid for it

They make good sandwiches and we like their oft-overpriced kitchen sink cookie, but we definitely miss the flatbread pizzas they used to offer.

So, I don’t know, haven’t been a fan of their refreshed menu, as it seems like we’ve lost more than we’ve gained, but overall I guess it’s still compelling enough to keep coming, though perhaps not quite as often as in the past.
