They get my order wrong every single time. I always think it was a fluke, but no, they just don’t follow the order. We’ll be going out of our way from now on to a different location.

IF YOU ORDER IN THE APP OR WEBSITE- BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING!
The last two times i ordered from the APP for this location, i was over charged. And there's no way to get in touch with someone who will RIGHT this WRONG. The workers couldn't do anything about it because they don't work the app, they said. They told me to call the store and press 3. But that's just the number to order pizza, so no help there. I opted for the Halloween jack o lantern pizza last week, on Halloween. It was advertised in the app for 11.99. But my card was charged 16.99 AFTER they told me my total. That's not RIGHT. IT'S FALSE ADVERTISING. if i can't get help soon, I'll try to get in touch with corporate or the Better Business Bureau. I posted a screenshot of the order, when i was asked to pay, and they what my card was actually charged. So how come i was charged 6 dollars more. And the visit before this, on the app my order was 30 and something dollars. Again, my card was charged FORTY dollars, but what they told me the price total was in three app! The pizza was good, but the experience really made me not want to get pizza here anymore. We will not be customers at Papa John's anymore.
I came in there ordered a pizza and a lady gave my pizza away to some other customers so I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make a new one. The lady told me she would give me a free pizza for my next order and put it under my account. I called today to claim that free pizza and they said they have no idea what I’m talking about. I knew this would happen. Don’t even waste your time!!

As a door washer than comes in all yhe time I have to make a comment on a rude lady that was working this evening. She has no buisness working with the public and was extremely rude to me and a small child that came into get an order for his mother. I should also recommend an English speaking staff as we are in American and that is the language we speak here🙄
Made my order today went inside and there was only one employee she said there was going to be a little delay but you could help compensate my time waiting, she made my papadilas super fat and threw in a cinnebun trey and I'm really happy with how it turned out despite being about 40 minutes late food was super tasty, this lady made like 8 pizzas super fast really impressive.

We placed an online delivery order for 12pm delivery on a Saturday. By 12:30, the pizza hadn’t arrived, so I called the store and was on hold for 30 minutes. We had to leave our daughter’s birthday party and go to the store in person. The order had been ready for some time, but there was no delivery driver and no one contacted us. We received cold pizza and were not refunded our delivery and tip fees. On top of that, the order was incorrect. Then starting at 6:45pm we kept receiving door dash notifications that an order was being delivered and then would be cancelled (we had 4 of these). Then at 8:30pm, a DoorDash driver dropped off a Pepsi that we never ordered. No one was home but the dasher waited for a response (original order was no contact), and left us a message saying they were sorry they forgot this with our earlier order. Really bizarre. Very frustrated and will not be ordering again from this location.

First off the guy in the front couldn’t speak English and then instead of getting helped talked to his gf or sister hanging out in the front and in the way. Second they did not put the garlic sauce in the pizza which is like one of the best parts so that sucked. Disappointed the one in tempe is alot better

Good specials, generally fairly quick for pick-up. Staff has always been polite even when they are running behind.
The parking lot is a little tricky so be careful, but we've never had a problem finding a spot.
There are no tables here, this is pick-up only.

Do not eat from here they are rude and unprofessional especially the old woman that's there that only has two teeth my husband has gotten food poisoning from there and the pizza I ordered literally tasted like burnt cardboard don't waste your money here and they don't like answering the phone.
This place should be shut down since they can't pay attention to what a person orders and make it correctly. Three times I've been screwed out of pepperoni on a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. And noone answers the phone ever! I tried for over half an hour to get someone on the phone to complain but noone answered the phone. This place should be shut down till real management and employees can be highered.
Completely unprofessional staff walking around in front of me talking to eachother but never once acknowledged me. Finally one of them asked me my name and brought my pizza. This is the Shaq-a-roni pizza supposed to be extra cheese and extra pepperoni, this was a definite fail.
My bread sticks were beyond burnt the butter sauce spilled all over the boxes. My boxes are soaked from the garlic Parmesan sauce. If I could post a picture, I would.
I came here to order pizza in person and was ignored by staff, on top of that I saw an employee sticking out their tongue while needing the dough, will not be ordering here
