I placed an order ahead of time for a square-cut pizza so it would be ready when I arrived. When I got there, it was made incorrectly. Although I was offered a replacement, I was then told I’d have to wait another 15 minutes. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. After a long day of work, this caused unnecessary delay and frustration that could have been avoided by simply getting the order right the first time.

Shoutout to Jason and the Team working Monday evenings. I ordered on the app and the delivery was handled through DoorDash. Unfortunately the driver had taken part of my order for themselves, so I called the Store and had the pleasure of speaking with Jason. He was very apologetic and understanding. He immediately sent out the missing item and called me back just to confirm. A+ job everyone. Well done 👏🏻👏🏻

Ordered for delivery and realized that I needed to move my pick up time. The manager on duty said she couldn’t help me and that she could only cancel my order. No type of solution was offered except canceling my order

I ordered from Uber eats and I got my order canceled. And that was unacceptable to top it off I had my order money go to them but not refunded! My messages where high jacked. And now I cant get my money's worth all I wanted was a pizza!

I've lived in the area for 23 years and somehow never ordered take out pizza from papa johns. The staff is very friendly and the pizza is ready incredibly quickly. So far I've always seen 2 or 3 employees at a time which is something I value because I hate when companies short staff and stress out their employees.

I ordered on doordash and had to call in to ask if I could get my breadsticks lightly cooked. Not only did Dan find a way to achieve this , he was extremely friendly and determined. Then when I came to pick up, not only did Dan make sure the breadsticks were to my liking and let me see them to make sure, he did absolutely amazing and truly outdid himself! Thank you Dan!!
The pizza was awful. The sauce literally had no flavor to it was not appetizing. The bread was hard to bite through and stale. It was not made properly and it wasn’t cut. Whoever made it was really careless about it. Just call it a kid size pizza

The blonde lady at the front counter seems like she’s mad at the world and the most distasteful service and attitude I’ve ever seen at a pizza place or any papa John’s. She’s acts like you did something to her and won’t ever be back there and contacting the corporate office and I work around the corner and go 3-4 times a week. She’s acts literally drops the change from a foot above your hand and acts like you shouldn’t trust the service and on a Sunday the only person working in there.

Everyone experience is different, however I will never order/ eat from this Papa John’s. My food was promised to be delivered within a 45min window. The food left the restaurant 20mins before he made it to my home. But the location was 7 mins away. The driver called when he was nearby to “confirm” my address, then sat outside to the very last delivery minute. So unprofessional. My pizza wasn’t hot. My wings were undercooked, Despite me asking for WELL DONE. The boneless wings were no sauced. I loved papa John’s when I worked for them on the past, Lol this location was a joke. Now, I know why I don’t eat quick food.

Always kind employees working. They never mess up my order and the pizzas are good. Particularly the epic stuffed crust, it’s fire! I love a simple pepperoni on the epic stuffed crust, hits every time. I love this papa John’s as well, the staff is great and they know how to make a good pizza for sure.
