Called to order a pizza. After working politely with their call center for over 10 minutes and repeatedly clarifying my order with a nice man who was clearly struggling with the English language, I had my order and a price. He told me to hold and after a couple of minutes, the line went dead. I called back and was told they would route me to the restaurant directly where I could see if my order went through. It did not go through. The annoyed woman at the store reluctantly agreed to take my order. She then refused to match the price quoted to me by the call centerstating that was something the call center could do but they could not. After having wasted over 20 minutes by this point trying to order, I simply declined to have the price go up dramatically. Pappa John's has never tasted good enough to justify this level of poor treatment.

Located 4 miles from my home, but my first impression, on the phone with Tammy and Steve, was to purchase pizza from this Papa John's, instead of the one only 1.5 miles away. And it was great and well worth it! I will go again and again! Thank you for everything!
Vegetarian options: I always buy pizza with veggies, but I'm now a Vegetarian.
Parking: I didn't put much attention to parking, since it appears to be for pickup and had enough parking space.

I ordered my pizzas through the call center. The agent repeated my order several times before getting it right. He verified that the Carry out special was $9 for a large pizza. I ordered 2 large at that price plus added 8 piece extra crispy wings for $11 and change, for a total of $31. My boyfriend picked up the order but was charged $31 for 1 large pizza and 8 wings. The manager was really rude when he went in to pick up. He didn't know that his card declined on the phone because I gave the wrong zip code to the agent told me we could pay when we picked up our order. She acted as if he was going to steal the pizza and wings and put them behind the counter. My boyfriend then called me to see if the card really declined, I told him it did that he could pay there. He then asked me how many pizzas I had ordered. I told him 2 and 8 wings. I called the store and talked to the manager and let her know I had ordered from the call center 2 pizzas and 8 wings for $31,and what I was told about the total price. The manager rudely said they weren't responsible for what the call center says. The special was for carryout and that's what we did. She would not try to accommodate in any way for their mistake. But this time my boyfriend was tired I just wanted to go home. He then asked the manager if he could pay with a 50 dollar bill. She said No. Even though the total was $31. We got the food home and the wings were soggy. We had asked for extra crispy. I did call the customer service line and I'm waiting for call back. Worst customer service from this location. We will no longer order from here.

I order from this Papa Johns a decent amount, and it's usually super fantastic. Only a couple times has the pizza come out soggy or undercooked. But one thing that has never failed is the service. Usually other places who deliver will complain that it's an apartment complex, or not even communicate at all about how to find me, and my delivery ends up taking an hour. Tonight we had Charlotte as a driver, and I actually got a call on how to find me better for the delivery! I'm a simple person, I don't ask for much, but communication will always win in my book. The pizza was perfectly cooked, and I was saved from heating up my small kitchen! So thank you to this Papa Johns, and to Charlotte for your amazing service tonight.
The 4 stars is only from past experiences with the undercooked pizzas..

Not good this time around. I'm a vegetarian and they cooked meat on my pizza and picked it off. I know this because I could taste the grease from the meat. Had to throw away a large pizza. All because they want to take a short cut.
