Beyond disgusted. We ordered 2 large pizzas. I was so happy the food was hot, but quickly that happiness went away. We found not 1 but 2 long hairs in our pizza! A long black one and a gray one. I called and informed the manager. They offered to make me another one, but I'm grossed out and will never order again. Very disappointed. Hair nets need to be required when making food. To bite into pizza and have a string of hair in your mouth is beyond me! ?

This location has a great set of people they are wonderful and so sweet and always working hard besides it being buisy the workers are always so nice especially Lenny he just gave me the best customer service the pizza was fresh and well made ❤️ the pizza was bussin ? definitely coming back here and recommend this location #1

The pizza was great as it should be but we were given an already opened garlic sauce by one of the workers which looked aged. It spilled over half the pizza on our drive back so I ate the half that wasn't contaminated. When we returned to get a replacement pizza we were declined. It was only a small pizza. Unsatisfactory customer care at this location and very disappointing.

Apparently unless you go there and make your order yourself they will mess it up. Ordering from them was a very expensive

Was just told that the missing sides of my order would not be delivered to me until the driver has another delivery to make due to only having one driver at that store. The store is less than 2.5 miles from my house... Lady answering the phone made no apology or offer to try to improve experience and became defensive when I asked when their mistake would be fixed. Terrible service! She made it very clear she gave 0 !!!

Store has burned me more then once on deliveries. This time it was well over an hour and the store is supposedly short handed, plus they lied to me on top of that at the 8:41 call. Hopefully they figure out their issues. I’d look elsewhere for dinner!

The most rude crude people you don't want to meet. They refuse and scream at customers because you call them after an hour and a half because they did not deliver your pizza made with cheapo ingrediants. Than they lie and refuse to deliver to Trans people and tell the staff not to take your orders to blame it on the customer to keep their job. Gee I wonder how they get away with that?

Papa John’s has been y go to for pizza night but the last couple of orders have been disappointing. This last one was the final straw. They left my pizza outside my drone door without letting me know it was there. So it was cold. The pizza looked disgusting. It was missing last of the order. When I called them to fix it they were short with me. In order to confirm I actually got my refund I went to the store. I talked to the same guy I was in the phone with. He called me a princess. There’s some consumer service! No more Papa John’s for my family.
