Not one person was wearing gloves. Staff was friendly enough, nothing to rave about. Rude to one another, talking about other employees that aren’t there. The fact that there has been multiple negative reviews about the gloves and they still haven’t changed this, is wild.

Not real happy with this place right now got a rude person on the end of the phone and ordering for years from these guys pizza was last delivered cold a week ago they would not honor their weather and to replace the next time I ordered

Ordered a pizza and told then i would pick it up at 6. I arrived at 5 minutes to 6 and the pizza had been sitting on the counter. They took 10 minutes to figure out how to ring it up. By the time I got it home, less than a half mile, it was cold and tasteless. Worst pizza I have ever had. My company buys pizzas from there on occasion. I think that is going to stop. I could have bought a frozen pizza from walmart that would have been better. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

I ordered delivery for my blind roommate while I was at work and the original pizza was never delivered and she did not receive any communication or updates regarding the order from the time I input her phone number for text updates to the time it said it was delivered on the tracking feature. I ordered at 7:21pm 10/16, the confirmation email said that it should take around 42 for delivery. 8:10pm rolls around and I check the tracking feature and it says that the pizza has been delivered, however, we have a motion sensor doorbell camera that records clips of motion and there was no recording or notification of the pizza being delivered. We attempted to call the restaurant multiple times to resolve the issue or find out why it had been over an hour since the pizza was supposed to be delivered. They finally did answer and they said they will be remaking the pizza and sending it back out but at this point it has been almost 2 hours since I originally ordered the pizza. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing since we both love Papa John’s and we do not understand why there has been such an issue with this delivery.

Ordered a large sausage pizza, and it made my husband and I sick. Stay away from this location. Food was bad or something. We were sick for 2 days. I'll never get papa John's from this location again. It's a shame because papa John's has always been my favorite pizza. First time eating Papa John's since moving to AZ a year ago. Pure disappointment.....

Got the bacon cheesy burger bites along with the cheesy burger pizza. The promotion price for both was under $20 so that was reasonable. The pizza was mediocre. Toppings were good but crust could have been cooked more as it was on the soft side. The bites were okay and came with a dipping sauce. I guess you can't expect much these days
