I placed my Papa John’s order ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to wait when I arrived. When I got there, the pizza was cut incorrectly and the employee showed zero empathy. Instead of an apology, they rolled their eyes and acted frustrated even though the mistake was on their end. Because of this, I ended up waiting an additional 10+ minutes while I was already starving and had planned ahead specifically to avoid a delay.

I’m not upset about an honest mistake, mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of customer service made the experience frustrating. A simple apology and some professionalism would have made a huge difference.

Amanda and her crew are amazing. Amanda was super helpful and made sure my order was exactly as I wanted it, food was hot when it was delivered and not thrown around thank you all for making family dinner time easy for us and memorable

Ordered a simple pizza online. Got there and was told by manager my order was already given out. Argued about making a new pizza. Offered refund only, refused to make order.

I prefer my pizza through door dash. Im not sure what went wrong but the pizza came with no sauce and no cheese. 😒 I spoke with the manager Susan. I was flustered and she was calm, lol. She was so nice and worked out a deal so I could have the pizza I ordered for my family. Thanks Susan!

The Drewster

I don't know what happened with this location, but they suck. They get orders wrong about half the time. They either undercook or overcook the pizza. Rarely ever is the pizza cooked decently. Sometimes, I'll get a pizza with a good amount of toppings, and then sometimes the toppings are skimpy or nonexistent.

The quality of the pizza has gone down considerably over the past year.
They never answer the phone.
The people always have an attitude when they actually do answer the phone.

The level of incompetence at this location is disheartening and astounding.

Your management needs to do better.
I'll be ordering from other companies going forward. You've lost a customer.

Overall experience was not pleasant. There was only one woman in the back. I waited well over 5 minutes before she came up to the counter then another 15 minutes after the due time. Regular items like garlic sauce and pepper was not included. Constant complaining and cursing as more customers walked in made it uncomfortable for all of us in there.

I ordered a bowl and there was barley anything in it. Not worth $10. More like $5. Also, I wish they would WASH THEIR HANDS, or wear gloves. They touch the registers, their cell phones and money, and then handle food. Doesn't matter it's going in the oven.

The wrong pizza was delivered. Plus, it was cold. I was on the phone for 15 minutes and No answer. I had to drive to the location to complain. They checked the sticker on the box, and sure enough, wrong pizza. They did not offer a refund for the delivery of wrong pizza, they did not apologize for the inconvenience or offer me to keep the incorrect pizza. I will find another pizza place from this point forward. I always overtip the delivery person, it's not their fault

Not one person was wearing gloves. Staff was friendly enough, nothing to rave about. Rude to one another, talking about other employees that aren’t there. The fact that there has been multiple negative reviews about the gloves and they still haven’t changed this, is wild.
