I called in to order pickup. Guy told me it would be “10-20 minutes”. I set a timer for 15 mins, only a few minutes away, and waited for my timer to go off. When I got there I was one of a handful of people waiting. I paid and then was told it would still be another 15 minutes.. even though it had already been 20.. I sat there and watched person after person walk in and be told the same thing. They were just running super behind. In the midst of this the drivers were coming and going complaining the entire time. Just seems this place seriously needs a revamp of management. Everyone moving at a snails pace, no one wearing gloves handling the food, super unmotivated and an overall feeling of not caring. Unhappy employees and unhappy customers.

I’ve always had a very incredibly good experience at this Papa John’s location. The pizza is always hot and fresh and delicious. The staff has always treated me very welcoming and kind and give me anything I ask for like plates, etc. thank you so much for all your hard work and delicious food.

I was having issues with the app to order online. It wouldn't accept the rewards I was trying to use towards this order so I went into the store. The young woman behind the counter was more than helpful, she was amazing. Giving us a bigger discount for the inconvenience of it all. What we saved we gave to her in a tip. The food was perfect and we will be going back for sure. Thanks

Very upset. My father and I have ordered here many times for delivery and I have the man with an accent I don’t know his name but I gave him my address and he just goes “it’s not showing up I’m hanging up now” and then immediately ended the call. Normally I wouldn’t complain but that rubbed me off the wrong way. Horrendous attitude

Papa John's has always been good food. Never had any issues. And the staff are always pleasant
I ordered for the first time and although it wasn’t ideal I want to give management and the delivery driver from this location a huge shout out and a big thank you. I waited for over an hour when I’m just minutes down the street. The manager did call me and say the delivery driver went to my home and a gentleman told him he didn’t order pizza. I had explained it wasn’t my home and no one ever showed up so she said they would remake my order fresh and it would be delivered asap. The driver called me after and explained the same thing. I waited outside this time and flagged him down, he admitted he was at the wrong house the first time and apologized. What I appreciated was the customer service, accountability and willingness to make things right! Great customer service is hard to find these days so thank you and keep up the great work!

Awesome service! Every time I come in to this location the staff are very nice and accommodating. They are very fast and have a clean store with good parking. I definitely recommend coming in to this place for a great experience and dinner.
