Ordered curbside and arrived early directly in front of the restaurant. Gave vehicle description upon ordering. Still waited in our vehicle until the order was 10 minutes late. Entered restaurant to inquire about my curbside order and restaurant was empty with all staff outside the backdoor??? Once they returned, I asked about my CURBSIDE order and they pointed at a rack and told me I could just grab my order( ORDERED CURBSIDE). I asked why the pizza was not brought to our car, as we gave a very clear vehicle description, and was told that we could've called. Staff was completely uninterested(lazy) in providing curbside service which we paid and tipped for. Totally unprofessional response and was completely disappointed with the service. Always been a huge fan of PAPA MURPHY'S but will never return to the Signal Butte location in Mesa. Good Service is dead in America.

But,it couldn't happen without people who care about that vision. These guys are on that level. If they ever read this,I just want you to know that I see you. I absolutely love this pizza joint!! As do my kids and my entire family. It is usually our go-to for family gathering foods :DThe staff is always very kind and up-beat! The food is always fantastic as well!The prices are great and very affordable too! Which makes it perfect for a large family such as ours.

I placed an online order today for the nyxl3cheese and some other irreverent stuff. Showed up before my order completion time per the website.. my food was ready and set to go. The staff was amazing and showing me where I need to pick my stuff up since I’ve not done that with them prior.. get home and start my night with my family.. read instructions and throw the pizza in the oven for the rounded time…. Lost my pizza cutter but that’s not their fault.. start the movie and instantly had to pause it.. wifey is from ny and I’m from Michigan so we have different taste in what’s a good pizza…. It’s the closest to both worlds on a great pizza . It’s only cheese but dang it was freaking awesome!!! For sure ordering again!!!!!!!

We have always gotten great pizzas at this location. But, on the evening of 2/15 we got an almost inedible one. The crust seemed like it must have been old old, and there were more onions than mushrooms on the mushrooms and onion half. Don't know if we will try here again or not

Haven't been to Papa Murphy's in years. The chickie that helped me was helpful and patient. I love their new crustless pizza. The app.... not so much

Strange to say, but we had never purchased Papa Murphy's pizza before. So we tried the vegetable and the cowboy with original crust. The lady was so nice and explained what she was doing while we watched. She told us orally as well as giving us written instructions. Because she was so nice and the pizzas were so good, I really don't want any other pizza from now on. The only thing I wish is that Papa Murphy's was closer to where we live. It was great.
