It was super packed the other day, which was fine. But all of the sudden this man comes outa no where and starts ridiculing the girl checking people out at the register. He’s very rude and disrespectful to her. I thought he was a random person tired of waiting but I realize he’s the manager?? After I finally checked out, I see he’s now over at some other food stand flirting with some girl working there. This old man came over to be rude as hell to his obviously swamped workers, then proceeded not to even help but go flirt with some 20 something working at another food stand.
This absolutely turned be off from this place, no wonder why there’s always a “We’re Hiring” sign in the front. Those employees deserve better.

This place was really disappointing. The girl with pink hair didn’t even greet us and completely messed up the order. The girl with braces rolled her eyes at having to make our drinks and then made them totally wrong and not good at all. The whole experience was frustrating, and the service was terrible. I definitely wouldn’t go back.

Do not recommend going to this location - normally I love Paris baguette! But this was not a good experience. We spent $40 on various things to try and they don’t even have the ability to heat anything you purchase (which other locations do)? Also, half way through eating the ham & cheese croissant, there was a long hair baked into the cheese. That obviously was very disgusting and we ended up throwing away the rest of the pastries. Suuuuper disappointed and totally do not recommend going here!!
I asked one of the employees about when they bake all the pastries because I was curious if they made more throughout the day. Turns out all the pastries that they sell are kept out all day including meat items. You can see them on the racks by the counter just sitting there. Disgusting. At the very least they should package them so that people don't cough or spit on them. Its common sense that meat items should be thrown out after a few hours. It explains why some of the other reviews complain about food poisoning. And all to make a quick buck.
I used to be a regular customer since it was so convenient to grab some pastries after shopping at Hmart but I've also noticed the quality of service has gone down the last few months. Some employees have been out right rude. The last time I went I was having a rough day and almost cried because of how rude one of the male workers was. How deplorable!

Surprisingly, as their website has a menu for breakfast sandwiches, they do not serve breakfast sandwiches. However, there's a Subway next door.
As I purchased large Sweet Peach tea, which on the menu cost $3.79 at the kiosk, I was being charged $4.99. Before I even paid, my family member asked the cashier why there was such a huge price difference. The response I was given was that it was due to sales tax, but that simply isn’t correct. Sales tax is a consumption tax added to the price of taxable goods and services at the point of purchase.
I continued further by asking for a manager, because not only would you as a consumer not want to pay for something that isn’t at its accurate price, but it also harms the workers, who end up being blamed when the responsibility should fall on management. At this point I still hadn’t received a manager (and never did).
I do not put blame on any of the workers, but more on the lack of professionalism and management, as they should ensure prices are accurate. If they want to charge $5 for a drink, that is within their right but to not disclose the actual amount is not.
The Sweet Peach Iced Tea will always be my favorite just disappointed in the business.

My family member had gotten a large iced peach tea. The menu states it’s 3.79, they were charged 4.99 pre-tax. When I brought it to the cashier attention they said it was because of “sales tax” I told them that price was before any tax was applied. When asked for a manager they said there was non available. They further said that the peach tea was actually 4.99 and it wasn’t listed on the menu. How can you list it for one price on the menu then say it’s actually a different price. The lack of professionalism is appalling and the price switching is crazy. I don’t blame the workers, but management really needs to make sure that everything is priced correctly. Peach iced tea is my favorite drink so I wouldn’t be opposed to that price, but it’s not listed properly which is what is disappointing.

The pistachio cover was too sweet. It overpowered the pastry flavors.

We love Paris Baguette! 🥐 The croissants are so delicious and fresh, and the cakes are amazing. My daughters especially love the cute Teddy Bear cake — it’s their favorite! 🎂🐻 Everything always tastes great and the atmosphere is very nice. Highly recommend!
