The bread was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the staff was friendly. However, even though I was only buying bread and not receiving any special service, there was a system that required me to pay a tip on the cash register display, which made me feel uncomfortable. Who will pay this tip? I don't like this system where you are forced to tip in front of the staff and are made to feel like you have to pay.

What a disappointment! They are selling old bread! I think this is against company policy. I will no longer purchase from this location, rather go to Tour Les Jour!!

This place used to be good. My family have been regular customers since it opened. However last year the quality decreased. They started putting little to no sugar glaze on top of their croissants and changed a few of their recipes in an effort to what appears to be saving money.And today I realized how little they care about their customers. My toddler was very thirsty so on our regular trip for pastries I also ordered water and juice from Paris Baguette. On my way out I used the edge of the counter, where the trays are, to mix a bit of water and juice which did not take more than 30 seconds to a minute. The owner immediately came and stood next to me, staring at me during that time until I left. WAY to treat your regular customers. I feel very welcomed here and especially happy to know you feel compassion for children.I will add that the staff folks are great. I have never had issues with them. They are always kind and do their job right.I guess it’s time to take my business elsewhere.

We loved their breads since they opened, but lately their breads doesnt taste fresh anymore. I got the one with a cream filling and the bread was stale. I returned my order, while in line. A woman was asking about her coupons, and the lady who answered her was mean and the moment that woman left, the worker just called her B****. I returned the breads and the workers are not helpful at all. They gave me that face like I can't return my purchase. Those 4 ladies are rude.

When there's an important family event or a birthday celebration that needs a cake, Paris Baguette bakery is my only one choice to get a cake, even though I have to drive 30 minutes to get here. One thing to remind, the store will be almost sold out of breads and the selection of cakes will be limited after 4:30pm.

I was so excited to see this, especially since I'm out of town and only here for a few days. It's inside the H Mart in the food court. There was lots of variety in their pastries and everything was done to the highest quality. The service was fast and friendly as well! Get yourself a treat! ^^

The reason I gave them a one-star is because of how they keyed in the items. We got two twisted donuts and the second donut wasn't charged at $1.95. Instead, we were charged $4.19 for a Snowman King cream donut which we did not buy. You must always ask for a receipt to make sure you are charged accurately. The positive thing about this place is the pastries and the drinks. I called the cafe to fix my transaction and waiting for management to make a correction. Management should look at their cameras to make sure their employees are not cheating the customers. Plus it took us a long way to get to Mesa.

This place is located inside of an H Mart. By the way, they have a few different places to try out but we came here for a dessert and came back for the curry buns and plenty more sweets. The girls behind the counter have a great customer service skills and know how to assist you if you have any questions. And the ambience is very go-go. Go since it's a little market and there's more places inside you just kind of come in and out and go onto your next finding. But we got the tiramisu cake for a graduation, and we were so happy with the creaminess of the cake and the moist texture of the cake. We will most likely come back to try it if we're ever in Arizona.
