Haven't been in a while. Took a friend of mine after hand surgery. So needed quick eats. Service was fast, food was hot and my friend liked it.

I understand the occasional rush or being short handed, but lack of attention and sloppy work is unacceptable. I wasted a half hour waiting for an order and then when it was ready no Soy Sauce (6 were requested) No napkins or utensils. Then the guy hands me a cup and says you can fill the Sprite over there. Delivery Drivers don’t work for you and we don’t have a food handlers card. We are there to pick up and deliver. You fill the drinks and make sure the order is right. If you are going to waste our time at minimum prepare the order right. Drivers Beware. Other local locations do an amazing job and have dedicated To Go order people. Might help this location. I witnessed two drivers leave, but I only stayed for the customer.

I love this new location! I ordered the wrong thing for lunch and it was too spicy! the manager was so gracious to switch it out for something I would enjoy! Really nice people, good food, great location.

Order that Dan Dan noodle bowl with rice noodles and General Tso to go. They did not give rice noodles and the general so was straight up disgusting. It literally was not as good as stuff you would get in a microwave dinner. I really like Pei Wei but I had not been to this location before

Nice new location! Light & bright inside and more room than the prior location on Val Vista! Nina was awesome and is doing a great job!
