My wife and I took our granddaughter here. Spent $30 for a pizza and 3 drinks and $29 for a game pass. When our granndaughter wanted to go into the play area, I was told we had to pay another $12 for that to be permitted. Couldn't believe it! They are getting greedy there and will choose other places to go in the future!

Take out order took forever the employees told me I couldn't ask for the order on the side where they hand out the orders told me to go to the front where they ignored me for 20 minutes

Had a terrible experience will never go back. The service was terrible. Paid for a party for kids birthday party- never greeted, had to request to have a table covered. No host- no explanation of how the party will go. Over charge for everything. They carded my 71 year old father in-law. The experience was not worth $100 for no service! I will be contacting corporate.
Great deals on Mondays for pizza buffet! Great place to go from Monday holiday when kids are not in school. Very happy atmosphere and clean.

Well I've tried with this location a few times. I tried on the phone, tried on the app no one understands well done pizza I guess. And what's crazier is they seem like they cook it less threw when asked for well done. Sucks specially when it's empty and dead slow.

My family went here to eat the buffet and so my birthday boy could play games with his friend. They had a lot of fun. My only complaint is how hard it is to get someone's attention at the prize counter.
