Buffet is my fave
Games were not all working the ones that did work took 30 seconds to start thus wasting minutes bought to play the game. Manager provided another 30 minutes to make up. Clean place and friendly staff and great play area wit obstacles and trampoline for kids

I’ve been a longtime fan of Peter Piper Pizza, but I’m really disappointed with how the rewards system works. Not long ago, I had over 2,000 points saved up and was planning to redeem them for a large pepperoni pizza. A few days passed, and when I went to claim the reward, my points had dropped below 1,400—without any notice.
I placed another order a month later, spending over $40, and saw my points go back up. But now, just a month after that, I’m down to 400 points again. It feels like the system is too quick to expire or remove points, which makes it hard to actually benefit from being a loyal customer.
Until the policy changes, I won’t be participating in the rewards program anymore. That said, I’d be happy to donate my remaining points to someone who’s close to redeeming theirs—if that’s even an option.

The food wasn't bad. I know this is a place for children but the amount you pay for what you get is not worth it. You spend a ridiculous amount of money for you child to play and earn points yet the prizes are not worth what you spend. They need to upgrade their prizes or lower the amount of points for the prizes.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Had fun with family at greatgranddaughters 3 birthday 🎂
Kids had a blast
I was lectured by a rude female server when I politely asked for ketchup for my daughter to eat with her boneless wings. Apparently they have ketchup but not allowed to hand it out since it's not in the menu. Terrible customer service, we won't be back.
They brought jungle gyms back! But guess what? You have to pay to use it! 😆 can only wear THEIR socks too. Even if your kiddos are grip socks. You don’t ever win more than like 5 tickets at any chance game. They’re just stealing our money and we keep letting them! lol. Shame on us.
Too loud and crowded for me lol

Unbelievably horrible experience!! If I could leave zero stars I would! The pizza is disgusting and overpriced for the cardboard that’s served! You could get a much better pizza down the street for $5. $15 for a game card but that’s incorrect, it’s actually $17 because you have to buy the card for $2! $4 for a “side salad” more like 5 pieces of lettuce and few pieces of grated parmigiana. The climbing tower thing wasn’t open and it was FAR too noisy for us to enjoy it! It’s my grandsons birthday so we thought we’d take him somewhere fun that he’d enjoy. He hated it and ran off screaming anytime we tried to take him to play the subpar games!!! Such a waste of time & money and of course the topper is that my grandson didn’t get to have a good birthday experience!!
The Chicago Classic is a great Pizza
It’s such a shame that Peter piper is so different we used to love coming here. They have changed ALL the games to make it impossible to win any tickets. Ex: flappy bird you literally have to make it past 20 tubes
To get 1 ticket, avengers game and zombie game you only get 1 try instead of 3, i made 35 baskets on the basketball game and it only gave me 42 points, all the games are on hard level and all the bonuses are way less. Down the clown used to be 500, then 250, now it’s 100. Even my kids felt ripped off and said they never want to come here again. The pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard and it’s not cheap. So bummed because we loved Peter piper and will no longer be coming here
Love the lunch buffet
Horrible left over pizza at buffet. Very expensive. Nothing to be impressed with..
