I came while under new management. The pho was phenomenal, and only $4.99 on Mondays! I was so surprised that it was such a large size and was definitely among the best kinds I've had. I would definitely recommend!!

I was craving vegetable soup and my husband suggested Pho Kim restaurant. As you walk in, you can smell the vegetables. If you are a diabetic, I highly recommend the vegetable soup. It's delicious. My husband ordered the shrimp appetizer. "When ordering the choice is yours." Check it out...

Ordered a pho and wanted to add more noodles to the order, on the menu it said 1$ extra. Was told it would be 2$ instead... I wouldn't have mind if it was on the menu, but that's just sketchy. Lady that waited us wasn't wearing a mask.

Food was alright. The tendon in pho was super chewy and I mean super chewy. Couldn't bite into it. Rice with grill pork is ok. We came at 1 on a Sunday and there was absolutely no other people beside us. The person who took the order wore a mask to cover her mouth and leave the nose out.

Ordered pho with sirloin and meatballs and stir fried chicken with lemongrass and peppers. Both were excellent and very large portions. The broth in the pho was outstanding, and there was plenty of meat in it too. The Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea were also outstanding.

Living in Orange County, CA, I have lots of options to authentic Vietnamese food, specifically, lots of options to Pho. Usually, when traveling and I have an urge for Vietnames food (been put of town for over 2 weeks), I temper my expectations. This place definitely exceeded my expectations. The broth was very flavorful, the meat was well done and very importantly, the vegetable was fresh. Definitely will be back.
