Let’s start by saying I began coming here about a year ago, and it’s hands-down the best pho place. The meat portions are very generous. When I think of pho, my mind instantly goes to Leo’s. The service is great—honest, kind, and genuine.
The only thing that might throw some people off is that the drinks are bottled, but I understand why. There are usually only three workers there at a time, and it’s truly a mom-and-pop place through and through. Some people might get frustrated, but for me, they’re the best. I wouldn’t trade the food or the experience for the world.

Love to support a good mom & pop spot. I’ve been here a number of times over the past few years. The waitress can be quiet but I don’t consider her rude. Their Thai tea and pho is some of the best I’ve had around the valley. I usually get the steak pho, recently I’ve been getting the steak & meatball pho. If you like spice try the chili oil on the table. Their A1 appetizer trio & fried rice is also really good. When I’m not feeling well I crave their pho. I swear their broth always brings me back to life.

We haven't visited recently and were pleasantly surprised to see the beautiful remodel. The Pho and appetizers were excellent as well as the service. I think covid and light rail construction really set these folks back but now they are back on top so please give them a try!

My favorite pho in AZ, hands down. They also recently renovated, and the place looks more charming than ever. DON’T order the oxtail pho, because I want it all for myself!

I ate lunch with my daughter there. I don't like soups in general because they usually do not have much meat in them. I have the shrimp and Wonton soup. It was very tasty, very healthy, and had a great amount of meat in it.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu that is authentic and affordable. 5$ kids pho. Can't beat it.

Very good food. Small place, nothing special but the food. Very tasty and nice portions. Would eat there again anytime. Pho a little heavy on cilantro.

Every time we’ve been here the Pho is soooo good! The broth has a great flavor. Everyone’s friendly. Giving 90’s vibes with the old school interior but it’s so fun!

Having grown up in the Houston area, I've been exposed to some of the greatest Vietnamese food you could ever want. That said, this place is not bad at all, I really did love the relaxed atmosphere and tranquil setting. The service was excellent and I will drop in next time I am in the area. I try to support family-owned and operated establishments as much as possible, so if you're ever in the area drop in and give them a try.

Didn’t have a good experience from start to finish. For context, there were only three tables including myself. The lady who took my order rushed as I was ordering. As soon as I said Pho Dac Biet, she started walking away before I could even order my drink or appetizer. I did not get my coffee by the way, I had to ask for it when I was paying. I needed the Vietnamese coffee because I was on a 3 hour drive. Additionally, I asked for ice water and she handed me a room temperature bottle of water. The pho soup was very salty, and the beef I received on the side was still frozen. To make my experience worst I got a check that she scribble up for $53.99. When I told her she gave me the wrong check, she responded “oh, this one is yours, but are you paying cash? If not you’ll be charged $3.” Finally, the cherry on top, her husband walks over and tells me, I need to go online and give them 5 stars, no comments, just 5 stars.

I've been going to this restaurant for YEARS and the quality has been so consistent. The workers here are friendly and authentic! I genuinely love this place and would recommend this place to anybody who wants to try pho. This place is better than any pho restaurant I've had and I've tried it from several different cities.
