This has got to be one of my faves if not the fave Phở restos in the Valley. Those of you who’ve read my reviews know I love and know Phở… and of my persistent seeking out for a ‘legitimate and traditional’ Phở! Aside of its non-descript, simple and no-frills interior and location, yet relaxed and accommodating – the offerings are to write home about. The staff is really friendly and I liked the atmosphere! The spring rolls were great. I also think the portion sizes are good here! Unfortunately my only feedback is to perfect the broth a bit better. Unfortunately it was kind of bland.
I just had some of the most delicious pho! The broth was rich and flavorful, and everything tasted so fresh. The service made the experience even better—our server was so polite and welcoming. They even gave me great recommendations based on what I like, which made choosing so much easier. Overall, amazing food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
