Visiting from the Northeast - this was the best Mexican we tried during our stay. Quesadillas excellent, super cheesy. But the real stars are the vampiros - tripa was ridiculously good, best thing I ate in Mesa... by far. Al pastor also excellent.
Great for a Norteño palate or for the whitest people you know.
First timer and all I can say is 10/10, amazing food and the best carne asada! If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food this is your place you won’t regret it

Hands down one of the best Mexican food spots I’ve been to. The pollo vampiro and asada taco were insanely flavorful and juicy. And the churros? Crispy outside, soft and gooey inside with vanilla filling; absolute perfection. Highly recommend to everyone

You can tell they care about the experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a comfortable vibe.

Picante Grill is such a great casual spot. The tacos were fresh and flavorful, loaded with toppings, and the chips were perfectly crispy with really good salsa. Everything came out hot and fast, and it was a nice place to sit and enjoy a relaxed meal. The staff was super friendly and even surprised us with churros, which totally made our day they were delicious! Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend if you’re looking for good food and a chill atmosphere.

The steak and chicken burritos, along with 1/4 chicken, was delicious! Very hot, flavorful, and promptly saved. Churros were tasty too. Definitely plan on coming back!
