Pier 88 is hands down the worst dining experience you could put yourself through. The service is a joke — rude, careless, and unbelievably slow. Every single visit has been a disaster, yet I kept giving them chances, thinking maybe one day they’d finally get it right. Big mistake.

The last time I went, the manager — instead of apologizing or fixing anything — actually came out and yelled at us for pointing out their mistakes. Imagine paying good money just to be disrespected by the people running the place. That’s the level of “customer service” you’ll get here.

This restaurant is unprofessional, unorganized, and clearly doesn’t value customers at all. Save your time, save your money, and save yourself the frustration. Pier 88 is nothing but a disappointment.

Our daughter turned 13 and she asked for a seafood boil. My husband (her dad isn’t into seafood) but our girl wasn’t scared- she loved every bit of it. Great service great atmosphere- clean and very little wait. Thanks for a wonderful birthday dinner!
