Pita Jungle - Dana Park

This location is poor service. We checked in with the hostess, a guy who said sit anywhere. Follows us out and gives us menus. Then at least 5 minutes later, a couple sits next to us. Then another 5 minutes a couple sits behind us. The couple behind us gets a server almost immediately, with waters and takes their order. We were there first and are ignored. So we get up and leave and I let the manager Isabelle know we won't be back. It's not right.

Always a favorite stop when I’m home from Chicago. It was extremely busy, but the courtesy and service was wonderful. Everyone we interacted with at dinner was great!

Tiny portions. The veggies I got were rock hard. 26 dollars for almost no food. Food wasn't ready 30 min after I asked for it to be ready. Will not be coming back to this location. Didn't get the vibes anyone working truly cared.

This pizza jungle is a brand new location. The food is always good at these locations. The staff is very friendly. Good vibes here.

Well, this review has been years in the making. This is absolutely the worst location that I've been too. I live 5 minutes away from this location and I go out of my way to a location that is farther away because I know it will actually be good.

I have been here multiple times over the past several years and each time I kick myself for not learning from my experience. The food itself somehow is awful when compared to their other locations. I don't understand it, is this owned by someone else? Do they use worse ingredients?

I have numerous issues here, but the biggest one is that the food is typically cold, and tastes like it's been sitting in the window for an hour. It doesn't matter what I order at this location, it's always bad.

Most recent experience is that the potatoes taste like they were burned, and microwaved at the same time. The hummus tasted spoiled, and the Gyro tasted off too.

Stay away from this location, go to literally any other one and get a much better experience.

Such a shame, i love the food but while this is a closer location to me I've been promising myself I'll stop coming to this location. If it's not a forgotten dressing, it's a reduced portion of food and today I'm still waiting on my food. I ordered it exactly 42 min ago for pick up and was told it would be ready in 10 min. I am glad they are busy bc their food is great but it's been so many little things that I would say I've had a better experience in other locations. Again amazing food. Probably just bad luck I've had.

55 minutes, the answer is 55 minutes I waited. And that's because otherwise I would had to go and waste more time driving somewhere else. Never again. I had given them 3 stars before the end result. Down to 1.

Really dissatisfied and disappointed with our order. For paying almost $300 (including a tip when we picked up the order) the food was horrible. It was mostly veggies so how we were supposed to feed 15 people with such little meat is beyond me. They also forgot 4 items and we had to go back and pick up right before our party started. Between the service, lack of food, missing items, and having to tip for a pick up order that wasn’t even correct…I’d go elsewhere. I’m sure there are 100 other restaurants that would take your $300 catering order and do an amazing job. Pita Jungle is not one of them.

Since I have been here waiting on a customers door dash order I have witnessed four different people eating in my view and no one washing their hands. I know I will never personally eat here nor will I recommend to any one else

Met here for a late lunch for my nieces birthday. The service was amazing. We had a little hicupp with our food, which was promptly corrected. Everyone was so apologetic. They made a new order and it aas great. We had a really great lunch. I can't wait to go back.

The service by Desirae was amazing, she took care of us and the food great too. The burger was incredible and save room for the carrot cake.. DEVINE!

I ordered a gyro with steak, cheesesteak gyro. The meat was very poor quality, rubbery and tasted old. There was an attempt made to put mozzarella cheese on it but it was a feeble one. I've been to different locations for this restaurant and this was the first time the food was poor.
