We love The Pizza Factory in Mesa! It’s become our favorite pizza place. The food is great!! The staff are so kind and attentive. The owner, Rich, is sometimes right there on the spot working amongst the employees and you wouldn’t recognize him unless you know him. The atmosphere is very family friendly. We always order “the family meal deal” because you get a lot for $40 (incudes one 2 topping 16” pizza, 10 chicken wings, a panful of twisted bread sticks, and refillable fountain drinks-eat in or a 2 liter bottle soda-take out). We take home the leftovers to continue enjoying the next day. Great tasting food!!
Been one of my favorite spots even since a kid. They have really good loaded meat lovers pizza, so much goodies they literally fall off the pizza.

I've seen the buffet sign for a few months and finally had a chance to check it out. Fresh dough, hand tossed, made a nice pillowy crust. They're not light on the toppings and it was great. Jesus made a pie that I requested because they were slow enough to take the time. Mondays are quiet, he said, but Fridays are busier. Great salad bar and the whole buffet line were kept absolutely clean the whole time. $15 and change includes refillable drink. It's my new pizza lunch spot.

The staff were so kind and sweet to my son who has special needs and has a hard time in public. My son can only eat Pepperoni it was always refilled so quickly and hit as well as the other pizza. The food is amazing the best we've ever had. We were so happy about this especially since our favorite pizza buffet God fathers pizza got shut down. This is our new favorite and we will recommend to all our friends and definitely will be back!!

Very nice staff and the pizza was really good. Pepsi products in the fountain. I wasn’t watching the clock but it didn’t feel like it took too long for a fresh made pizza. This was our first time eating here and I would say 10/10 and did recommend to a friend

Went to get pizza buffet today at 1. I was only offered the cold, dried out pizza that went up at 11 when the buffet started. 17 dollars and I only had one slice and 2 bites of a ham and pineapple pizza that was mostly red sauce. I asked if fresh pizza was coming out, I got a tour of the same old tired pizza with the dude saying it was fresh. I am old, not stupid. Needless to say, I will never return. I am sure they don't care, but considering a lunch buffet price of 17 dollars, they do not understand the business model.
