The worst customer service that I've ever experienced. Came in tonight at 930 to place an order in store, had to wait for hi m to come from the way back of the building, no pizzas were coming out of the oven nor going in. He asked what he can do for me, as soon as I started to order, which was just one personal pan pizza, he abruptly cuts me off, exits out of the his screen and tells me as he is walking away, oh I'm sorry, since your ordering were w little busy and then disappears to the back again. This man should not be the face of your franchise. Every interaction I've ever had with him he has had a terrible attitude, miserable even.

Manager Jorge or Jesus whoever he is cause he gave my friend 3 different was very mean, rude, and hung up on us. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED. A week issue going on 2 weeks this is not right and refused to give us a corporate number and or HR number or anyone else to talk to since he want to hang up on us and found that very disrespectful and just needed to speak to anyone but him but he refused. I’d choice any pizza place then this one till they find better staff

Service was fine, it was just a grab and go. The pizza though was not prepared very well. Both of our pizzas were cut way off center, and the toppings seemed disproportionately spread. A bit disappointing.
