I grew up on Pizza Hut and I want to say Jacob reminds me of how I felt as a child eating Pizza Hut. He is always smiling and welcoming when I enter the store. You can tell he makes the pizza with passion and love for what he does. The toppings are on there perfectly and it is cooked to perfection. I wanted to express my gratitude for his amazing work and fantastic customer service!

I ordered from the app and not only had a messed up order but a completely different order. I called the store several times with no answer. I then put in a complaint with the company (again several times) and only got responses that the store manager would reach out. I never got a single call or email. I have closed my account and deleted the app.
