Ordered a pizza for delivery. When I got it I noticed I was missing 2 orders of wings . Looked at the receipt to make sure that I had ordered it correctly and I did. Tried to call the store to see if they had missed it or if I could come get it. No answer. I opened up the pizza and took a bite out of the pizza. There was a freaking hair in it. I call the store 4 more times. No one answers. I then go onto their website to contact customer service. I was offered a coupon for 1 pizza but they refused to give me my money back for the food that was not received and told me I would need to wait 1-3 business days for someone from upper management to get back to me. This is a national pizza chain. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not go to Pizza Hut again. My better service from Dominos or Papa John’s. I have had mistakes made on pizza before from other places and it was always resolved quickly. This is absolutely ridiculous. Poor customer service and poor food quality. I just spent $80 on food I have to throw in the trash

Slow staff. Ordered online for pickup got there and had to wait 10 mins for staff to come to counter. Pay for my pizza and it was wrong. Ask for it to be fixed to never get a pizza. Will never go back. 9333 E Apache Trail. Suite 101. Mesa AZ.

Ordered 2 large hand tossed pizzas. One cheese, the other extra cheese. Neither were marked. They were both exactly the same. Called, spoke with the m.o.d. he was snooty, disrespectful. The pic is just for reference. The one on the right is from the other box, the ones on the left are from a different box. All we wanted to know is which one it was. And all we got was rudeness. If the dude hates his job, then find another job
On multiple occasions I have not received my drinks or been given a refund/replacement. Not sure if it was the driver or the store as I was unable to contact anyone. When calling the phone just rings and no one answers.
