So today i used the pizza hut app and it was a huge mess up , so when I called the first time they said a manager would call me in 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes finally called back and got to speak with MICHAEL. Thank u Michael for all your help tonight. I appreciate you. Now we can all eat :)

Absolutely horrible. I saw an employee open my breadsticks to put a marinara cup in the box & he seemed to think “Yea, those look normal” & handed My food to me. My breadsticks are essential cruststicks. At the bare minimum ask if I wanted them remade before just letting me take it. Even Little Cesars does better than this

Very bad customer service,order 3 large Pizza,I spent $47 ,not worth,1 whole pizza black and burnt and taste was bad ,no plates or crushed peppers,pizzas cold and taste was horrible

I placed an order through the app and was getting updates about it and everything. When I arrived to pick up my pizza the place was a complete mess. Pizza sauce on the floor, trays scattered all over the counters and floors, and the employees not very well groomed to be making food. I was then approached by a younger kid and was like “so basically I quit and I didn’t make any orders so yeah. Waiting for the owner to arrive to I can leave. Sorry I guess”.

Call them and press 3 for customer info. Zero percent chance anyone answers unless you are placing an order, so press 1. Wrong crust, wrong pizza, no one to speak with.

I can't believe how trash this company has gotten. The last few times I went there it seemed to have gone down hill but I wanted to give one more chance. Ordered on the app and had to call to make a special request because the app won't let you. Order was confirmed at 5:05 pm, expected delivery at 6:20 pm. That was annoying but I understand it can get busy. I continuously checked on it. It got pushed out once, then at 6:10 I checked again and the entire order was cancelled. No call or explanation, just no food after 1 hour 5 min and no hope. I have 2 small children and am alone with them so to wait this long for nothing is ridiculous. Never again.

Ordered over $100 in food. Part of my order was missing. On top of that no sauce on the wings. When I tried to contact the door dasher that was subcontracted to deliver my order he didn’t pick up. I called the store multiple times and I eventually was told I was calling San Antonio, TX and they would transfer me to store manager. Every time they transferred me…. No answer. Now that I spent god knows how long dealing with this I get cold food and part of my order. Absolutely ridiculous.
