Food came 45 minutes late, pizza hut said they couldn’t do anything for me. Also, my food was opened. Sad that I gave them a 25% tip. Will never be using this location again.

Order from here you are rolling the dice on ever getting your order. One time is a mistake, two times and that’s just bad customer service. Took over 2 hours to find out our order would never be delivered. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. The manager on 2/25/2025 was rude and short with me, then just blamed the delivery driver. No “sorry this happened”- nothing. Do yourself a favor and order from literally any of the 1000 other pizza places around.

So today i used the pizza hut app and it was a huge mess up , so when I called the first time they said a manager would call me in 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes finally called back and got to speak with MICHAEL. Thank u Michael for all your help tonight. I appreciate you. Now we can all eat :)

Absolutely horrible. I saw an employee open my breadsticks to put a marinara cup in the box & he seemed to think “Yea, those look normal” & handed My food to me. My breadsticks are essential cruststicks. At the bare minimum ask if I wanted them remade before just letting me take it. Even Little Cesars does better than this

Horrible new york style pizza. Even ordered extra cheese.
Very bad customer service,order 3 large Pizza,I spent $47 ,not worth,1 whole pizza black and burnt and taste was bad ,no plates or crushed peppers,pizzas cold and taste was horrible

I placed an order through the app and was getting updates about it and everything. When I arrived to pick up my pizza the place was a complete mess. Pizza sauce on the floor, trays scattered all over the counters and floors, and the employees not very well groomed to be making food. I was then approached by a younger kid and was like “so basically I quit and I didn’t make any orders so yeah. Waiting for the owner to arrive to I can leave. Sorry I guess”.
