Came for a pickup order close to closing time. The lady at the register was very rude, didn’t want to ring up crushed peppers, cheese and garlic sauce. But allowed me to pay for my food? Considering for the amount I paid for my food I definitely could’ve got my toppings. Lol didn’t make much sense. Will definitely be going to a different location next time!

I order my pizza for delivery around 11pm. The driver don't speak any English and can't follow directions to my home. I was flagging him down and he kept driving. Now I am going to sleep with no food. I just got off at 9 hour plane flight. This is the worst service I ever experienced.

When consistency is key, being inconsistent will lose the customers that came back week after weekI normally have. Good experience but when they make the pizza dry the wings like soup and charge a dollar per oz of sauce you forget why it's pizza Hut not rosati's

We ordered pizza to be deliverd on 1/21/24. It came, I paid for it, it was extremely expensive for what we got. It was cold, it was cardboard, dry and disgusting. I had a second delivery at my door for the same order. I refused that order since we only ordered it once. I don't think I will be ordering from Pizza Hut any more. The price is ridiculous and the quality sucked.

We find the hand tossed pizza to be very good. The problem with all pizza huts is that they no longer answer the phone at the local store and they no longer deliver. Instead, when you call the store phone number the system routes you to a general call center where they take your order and send it in to the store. The problem with that is they often get the order wrong and often send it to the wrong store. Consequently when you show up to get your pizza you are met with "We don't have an order under that name" or the order is wrong.
Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had, including frozen pizzas! Ordered the thin crust veggie lovers - basically tasteless on what seemed to be cardboard. I used to love Pizza Hut- no more.

I have no idea why this place has so many bad reviews. I always order takeout from this place. Their staff is super friendly and the transaction is quick and painless. The pizza is fresh and hot. It's Pizza Hut, people. It's not some artisan-baked crust built by unicorns. Two words: PIZZA. HUT. I come here for cheap pizza loaded with sugar and butter. And guess what? That's what I get.
