I swear the real pandemic is customer service, when I walked in the lady said be right with you. Then a young man step up to the counter and just stares at me, like I’m a mind reader . No hello how may I help you. So after a minute of awkward stares I said I’m here to pick up an order. Good is great but once again they forgot to give me dipping sauce

Racially profiled by manager Jorge at 1140 S Country Club, Mesa AZ. Very rude, made me very uncomfortable, did not want to help me and even spoke racially slurs as I was trying to get help. He said he was the manager so if management acts this way imagine how the employees are. I do not recommend this location. I promise you it’s worth the drive to drive somewhere else if you want to feel respected for shopping here. He was very unprofessional and management needs to fire him no reason why customers who been loyal for over 10 years are treated this way.
It's almost unreal how bad this store is. If you want to actually receive your food, go elsewhere..out of FIVE orders from this store ONE was received. They do not answer the phone at this location,it rings repeatedly and they hang up. They charge your card, confirm the order and the tracker never updates,food doesn't come. If your family is hungry go somewhere else. If you are hosting a football party,order elsewhere.

Cancelled my order for no reason and didn't even bother to tell me. I found out when I called to check my order, since it was 30 min late, and I found out they cancelled it. This location is trash, and I will never order Pizza Hut again. Save your money and order Papa johns. These guys are USELESS.

Last night I ordered the New York pepperoni pizza Not worth it The taste was not appealing And definitely not New York style Very expensive ordered 8 wings and the pizza and it cost me 40.00 dollars No way will I order from them again
