The pan pizza is not pan pizza anymore. The crust is more like hand tossed. They are shrinking the dough or using less yeast? Who knows but it made me upset. The pepperoni lovers thin crust has noticeably less crust. It used to come up the side and give me that crunchy part. No longer. It does not have an edge. Pepperoni lovers pizza is only half the pepperoni it should have. I am done. When you pay 30 dollars for pizza, it should not make you mad and upset. I have been a Pizza Hut fan my whole life. No more, sad to say I’m done. Sad to say that Dominos has a better pan pizza now. I won’t be back, I’m done done. Goodbye old friend, we had some great times, but you ruined it!

Walked in wanting to spend less than $15, the woman at the register was very helpful and promptly gave me my options and took care of me. I'd come here again. (Didn't get her name, but I believe she had red hair. She's very well-spoken, straightforward, and responsive.)

Got in and out pretty quick. It's a small spot, but it also hits the spot when you're craving a quick pizza on the go!

I walked in to pick up an order at around 5:45 p.m. on a Wednesday evening. While I was walking up to the door, there were two other individuals that had entered just before me. There were also two others patiently waiting for their orders, or to place orders- I'm not really sure which. I stood there, inside the store, for a good 5 minutes, possibly more. The other people were starting to look a bit agitated. During this time, not one employee became visible or called out that they knew we were all there, not a word. I peered through the see through portion of the door and saw an employee going about her duties and glancing toward the lobby, obviously seeing all of us, but still not a single word of acknowledgement. A couple minutes later, she finally presented to the front and assisted the first person in line. She asked for the name on his order, which he gave, quite clear and loud enough for the employee and customers to hear. She asked "what's the name again?" immediately after he had said the name. It was like she was on auto pilot. There was also an issue with there not being any cold 2 liters of Pepsi, which he had ordered. She told him to choose a different flavor or take a warm Pepsi. No apology or anything, just very matter of fact. After that guy was done and got his order, the other gentleman asked about his order and was told it was still in the oven. At that point, she half looked at me and immediately turned around to go back into the kitchen. I had to quickly ask for my order. She just said "ok" and turned back, grabbed the order and placed it on the counter. Every move she made seemed robotic and it was like she was putting no thought in her words. She was simply speaking phrases with no emotion and not even listening when customers spoke because she would say "what was that again?" when people were telling her the names for orders. This young lady was on robot mode and seemingly exhausted. She appeared to be the only one working in the store at the time because she was doing the cooking and ringing people up at the counter, and getting their orders. I'm choosing to give her the benefit of the doubt here and say that I think she could've used a hand with the shift, and maybe needs a long overdue day off. She was not rude by any means. She just appeared over worked and exhausted. If that were my daughter, I'd tell her to find a new job. Nobody can do it all on their own like that and expect excellent above and beyond customer service be given at the same time. Give this young lady a day or two off and maybe schedule some added kitchen or counter help during the dinner rush.

Ordered online ahead of time the website won't accept the card so I opted to pay in store. After driving across town to come to a dark location. I pressed the door bell and waited with zero acknowledgement. After waiting a while I was then told they only were accepting cash. I feel like when something like this occurs it would a common courtesy to call a customer and let them know in advance. Instead of last minute, foods cold sitting on the counter and the just plan lack of care. I left after not being able to find somewhere to get cash back. My father called and to which they rudly hung up the line. It's seemed somewhat purposeful. My family works late nights and this was supposed to be an easy cheap option open late.

They are too skimpy on the toppings. All I tasted was dough and cheese. Disappointing ?

I had to give it this. the rest zero because doordash didn't deliver. After sitting in my complex for 25 minutes and not taking my more than 5 phone calls I called doordash to cancel my order. All of a sudden the delivery driver contacted me, saying that they're app. phone was not working not able to call. Very odd that it started working right when I was contacting doordash to cancel my order. I will not order from Pizza Hut ever again. Because the fact that they use doordash or even a third party delivery service. plus they charge a $5.49 delivery fee and take NO responsibility.

5:30pm ordered my pizza online it was ready when I drove there. One lady working she had other orders to do before she could cash me out. Very sweet lady she even offered to do my second pepperoni pizza in ten minutes so I don’t have to wait to order it later on. ???⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My teenage daughter had placed a delivery order online from this location. About an hour after she ordered, she got a phone call from the delivery guy saying that he was at our door and she needed to open it. She goes to open the door and no one is there. The call she received was from a blocked number so she did not know how to contact the delivery guy. I then called the location and explained what happened to the manager. She claimed the delivery driver returned with the pizza because we had not answered the door. First, it should have been a contact-less delivery and even if no one answered he should have left it. He was clearly at the wrong house however because there was no one at our door. They told me that they would re-make the order, and we would have to wait another 45 minutes to receive it. I gave the manager specific directions to get to our front door as we lived in a condominium complex, and if you don't know the area it can be confusing. Another hour goes by and the delivery driver calls because he cannot find our place. He clearly did not follow the specific instructions I gave because he entered through the complex entrance on a main street which I specifically told him not to because we live on the edge of the community so the easiest way to get to our front door is to turn on a side street. I had to go outside and try to figure out where this guy was and chase his car down after he finally drove past me. He then gets out of his vehicle without the pizza in his hands. He asks, "Are you going to leave a tip?" with the credit card receipt and pen in his hand. I was planning to leave a tip even though this guy did not follow directions, and left the first time without delivering the pizza making us wait over two hours to receive our food. But the audacity of his attitude, and to not even present my pizza as if he were holding it hostage until he received a tip was absurd. No one is entitled to a tip, especially when they provide terrible service. This driver to demand one after providing exceptionally bad service is rude and entitled. Provide better training to your drivers.
