My Oder yesterday was horrible. The stuff crust pizza was burnt and the crust. The sausage pizza crust was also burnt. The both orders of boneless wings had barely any sauce and the garlic cheese sticks had no garlic butter on it. I’m very disappointed. I even opened the box before leaving so the cashier could see I wasn’t happy. She was clueless anyway. They really need new employees. My kids wasted over everything

I tried calling in to order since the website claimed an hour and a half before close was "too close to close to place an order" got connected with a call center type agent, no hate, but explained to her my previous experience of being charged and my order getting lost in the matrix. So before I could thank her for her understanding she quickly "transferred" me to the store where it rang. And rang. And rang. And rang. The pizza game must've laxxed because when I worked for dominos a stunt like that at the LEAST got you sent home, if not fired. Glad my order wasn't placed seeing some of these other reviews. I'll check a different pizza place for this area since PH can't handle servicing customers.. at least at this location. It's truly a shame.

I paid well over $50 for a messed up pizza and trying to get pizza hut to fix their mistake they're unreachable through phone or they're ridiculous chat option on their website. This is way too expense for this much hassle. This will be the last time we order pizzahut.
