My Oder yesterday was horrible. The stuff crust pizza was burnt and the crust. The sausage pizza crust was also burnt. The both orders of boneless wings had barely any sauce and the garlic cheese sticks had no garlic butter on it. I’m very disappointed. I even opened the box before leaving so the cashier could see I wasn’t happy. She was clueless anyway. They really need new employees. My kids wasted over everything

I tried calling in to order since the website claimed an hour and a half before close was "too close to close to place an order" got connected with a call center type agent, no hate, but explained to her my previous experience of being charged and my order getting lost in the matrix. So before I could thank her for her understanding she quickly "transferred" me to the store where it rang. And rang. And rang. And rang. The pizza game must've laxxed because when I worked for dominos a stunt like that at the LEAST got you sent home, if not fired. Glad my order wasn't placed seeing some of these other reviews. I'll check a different pizza place for this area since PH can't handle servicing customers.. at least at this location. It's truly a shame.

I paid well over $50 for a messed up pizza and trying to get pizza hut to fix their mistake they're unreachable through phone or they're ridiculous chat option on their website. This is way too expense for this much hassle. This will be the last time we order pizzahut.

Came in today on a fairly busy Saturday afternoon, a male employee is attempting to manage 20+ orders on his own. It appears he tried to call co-workers various times with no response. Do better. Not only did this result in long waits but he deserves better.

I had placed an order for Delivery. Later I get a text saying my Door Dash Driver Personally handed me my food. She did not! My food was never delivered I searched the area and neighbors to see if the Pizza had been wrongly delivered it had not been. After over an hour looking in 120°+ temperature I finally called Pizza Hut to report and to get a Pizza since the one I wanted was never delivered. Phillip at Pizza Hut on Broadway and Lindsay Apologized and remade my order I did change it to pickup and I went to pick up my order and I was impressed with Phillip his mannerisms and sincere attitude were authentic I recommend this Pizza Hut. I Do Not Recommend Door Dash.

Ordered 2 medium pepperoni and a 2 liter of Pepsi. The pizzas were delivered, but no Pepsi. Called the store 10 times to get refund of the 2.00 plus tax, no one answers the phone. Phone rings 19 times and goes to busy signal. Only order if you want to get ripped off.

Food ordered at 4 for 6:00 delivery, arrived after 7 and multiple phone calls. Pizza dough was not completely cooked and tasted doughy. A "free dessert" cost me $7.00, I didn't know that until I checked my receipt. This was an awful Father's Day supper. It will be a long time before we order from this place again. I feel completely scammed and overcharged.

Since I was a kid the Food is always great! my main reason for this is the gentleman that works there, I don’t recall his name I think Casey, never been to this location but I walked in to pick up my order and he had a great vibe and over positive dude ! Pizza Hut you should be proud to have someone like him working for y’all.
