Worse experience possible no service, long lines, people walk around like they don't know how to take an order or make simple pizzas.. called ahead was put on hold for 20minutes walking into the pizza hut i discover that all the above was happening.Go figure!!!

I order my pizza and when I got to the place it was closed. I called 1800 lady over the phone was very apologetic but blond transferred me some where when the a man answered the phone asked me to be on hold no greeting or anything. I was like sure now I am on hold for 10 min and yes I am still on hold while giving review. I am just gonna get refund from corporate I guess. Forget this place.

I have been trying to order my food at another store and no one picked up the phone. I called here and Kristy (hopefully I got her name right) was awesome! She went above and beyond to make sure I received my order.. I don't usually leave reviews but she showed excellent customer service and care that I had to say something... Thank you Kristy!!! 10 stars in my book!!!!

Ordered for delivery one of my pizzas is wrong when I called he said he was sending out a new pizza plus dessert for inconvenience. My kids were so excited then the pizza arrived no desserts so disappointing.

Place is trash ordered two pizzas and 2 sodas and I didn't get my sodas I called nobody answered trash place trash workers

I ordered the pizza through the PH site at 12:46pm on Nov 26th and was supposed to receive it by 1:20. I also ordered fries and cheese sticks.I got a text from a Doordasher at 1:30 saying my order wouldn't be ready for a while due to the store having just opened 10 minutes prior.At 1:45pm, I got a call from the store saying that my order would be another 20 minutes because they still had to get the fryer going to make my fries. Or they could give me a soda or cinammon sticks instead, which I did not want. I told them to just forget about the fries and refund me for that.At 2pm, I check in with the Doordasher and she is still waiting. My food did not arrive until 2:20pm and was also still missing the fries. The store did not refund me for them either. The pizza was also lukewarm and not very good at all.I tried to get a refund from the store but apparently a manager who could do it was not available. So I submitted a complaint online four times and received a message I would hear back in 3 business days each time. Never did. It's been over a month. Also called their customer service number twice. Never plan on ordering from PH again. I didn't want a credit either as my experience was terrible.
