Manager was extremely kind. Food was made correctly and quickly. Location was one of the cleanest pizza hut’s I’ve been to. Will definitely go again.

I really wish that I could rate this store better. I have lived near it for 6 or 7 years and I have gone to it 3 times with all of them being terrible.Today was the only visit since the pandemic (dominos is way better, sorry)I was served an expired beer that tasted like a penny, and I was told "aye yo ima be honest whitchu, I ain't even start your order yet.. I'm like 5 order behind"In an attempt to get me to leave, I think. But I didn't feel like driving across the parking lot to Peter piper, so I waited.Long story short, the food, beer and service was terrible.I tipped this man who acted like he was stressed & working hard, and then he spritzed pepperoni in my pizza as if they come out of his paycheck. The 8 piece wings were actually 2-3 real pieces that were chopped into 1/3's just to fill the bowl. It was a pathetic attempt in an empty ghost town of a restaurant. The employee couldn't have cared less. I tipped him $2 to serve me a stale, almost expired beer (do you know how long it takes for beer to expire?!) And a garbage pizza that he made. His answer was worthy of a narcan spray... of you catch my drift.I will never even drive past this place again.Zoom in and count my Un eaten nuggets, see if you can count 8. Tell me if my pizza looks like a Deluxe pepperoni.

We came into the dine in Pizza Hut. We didn’t know they still existed. The staff was so friendly and especially Jesse. We definitely will be back.

Stopped in at 8:30 pm, ordered a personal pan pepperoni pizza, got home & only cheese. Not sure how hard a pepperoni personal pan pizza is to get correct. Won't be going back.

I have to tip my hat to this location here, because the management team is superb ! There’s also a specific person that I’d like to recognize- Sandra, of whom ensures that everyone coming into this location receives the ABSOLUTE best service ever. Aside from her is the manager Nick, of whom I also celebrate, it’s because of him that our orders are made in a snap, but not only is his prep time phenomenal, he keeps that place clean as a whistle, and has mastered the art of being personable, that’s what it’s all about ! I SAVED THE BEST FOR LAST … “Jessie” is a new face here at this location, and I can’t wait to see him climb the ladder of success, and becoming a manager alongside of Nick. If you ever order a pizza, and you ask if Jessie’s working - and he is - I promise you that his pizzas look EXACTLY like they look in the commercial ! Gosh Almighty ! I also admire Jessie for always displaying such strong leadership skills and abilities, but also a very humble disposition as well to say the least ! I love this place, and today I as a customer would like to say “THANK YOU PIZZA HUT for being one of the better places to go and providing a clean atmosphere that caters to the community on a whole ‘nother level ! BlessingsParking: Plenty of places to park !

Pizza Hut at Gilbert & Baseline never disappoints me, on time, always great food, they are still my go-to after what, 12 years? Seems like forever!

Pizza Box was below average. The ingredients are below average. Didn't find any real taste to anything. I just dont believe Pizza Hut is putting out there best pizza. It tastes like they are planning on serving hundreds instead of just one good pie.

Ordered mild Buffalo wings and I have no idea what I just tried to eat but it was citrus and painful. They also forgot my soda. All of that is whatever, it happens. But when I tried to call no one picked up and it just drops you so you can’t leave a message. Called the ordering line and they said all they could do was transfer, then that dropped me too. No way to communicate through the app. Just annoying.Giving 2 stars because everything else I ordered was good ??‍♀️

Pizza tastes like garbage no flavor what so ever . I only had there pizza once in the past it was decent decided to give it a chance never again , wings were supper soggy . I feel like even McDonald's can make a better pizza than them and they don't even serve pizza

Saw ads for the new Melt and wanted to try one. We searched for a dine in store and were surprised to find this one relatively close. We did not know what to expect since it has been probably a dozen years since we experienced a dine in Pizza Hut and felt like we stepped into a time capable. This store was friendly, clean and the food was good and looked like the pictures. We will be back!

Great service and lots of help when we needed it. The only thing is that we didn't do to well with the pizza choice. It was too greasy and gave us a stomach ache.

Ordered pizza today, and Door Dash moffed it all up. to be simple It was up to Pizza Hut to fix. Pizza Hut remade my order and got it out to me within 10 min. and this action made me redo my review. So very happy and will be buying more but will ask not to have DD involved any farther. I will now ask if their normal driver can deliver instead. Thank you Pizza Hut.

Years of memories. I grew up as a child visiting pizza hut during the days when they had a salad bar. I also was a participant in the reading program that awarded personal pan pizzas for kids who read books. While living in South Korea, when I wanted a taste of home, I was able to order Pizza Hut as well.I ordered a thin crust pizza from this location and to be honest they made it exactly as it should. However, be cautious, it is truly a thin crust pizza. Pepperoni was my topping of choice, and it was just not enough to help the true crispiness of the pizza. If you indeed must order the thin crust, get more than one topping.I received an email for a follow up survey and shared the research of the thin crust pizza. It was just too thin for me and my family. A couple weeks later I got a phone call from the location manager, and they wanted to make it right. I was surprised that the information that I shared made it to the right people to make a difference. This time around I tried the promoted pizza the Big New Yorker and was surprised. It was slightly sweet with the marinara, there were 6 enormous slices and hints of parmesan. It was enough for my family for the next few days. The effort was made to make things right. Communication goes a long way. Thank you Pizza Hut.**Disclaimer I would like to some day travel to New York but have not been there. I do not know if this is what a real New York slice tastes like.**

Nice folks but the za isn’t great at this location. Toppings not even and requests to cook it well done are ignored. Attention to detail is lacking and even the deals don’t feel worth it when the pie is barely cooked and pale on the bottom. Also not a fan of the sauce container for breadsticks being smaller. There’s a different location that’s the dine-in layout in the Gilbert, mesa area/valley and they are literal pizza Picassos.
