Worst customer service!! Alexis is extremely rude and not only yelling at me on the phone but hung up on me!! She was rude from the time she picked up the phone not even knowing what I was calling for… She has absolutely no business dealing with customer service and definitely should not be left as “acting manager” which is what she told me when I asked to speak with the store manager!! We’ve lived here 5 years and ordered from Pizza Hut many times… This experience was absolutely unprofessional and uncalled for!! Having someone be so argumentative and aggressive when I was calling in to discuss my concern about receiving the incorrect food ruined all of our past experiences with this location!! We will never order from this location again!!! Alexis should have consequences for the way she treated us!!!

I am not one to post negative reviews, but I will make an exception this one time. This place will have state health inspector notflied. They allow their staff to work in 100-degree temperatures with their ac is down. Let me remind you that most of the staff that work in these facilities are young kids and / or young adults! They don't need to come home puking over heat exhaustion!
I received my pizza via delivery and it had the wrong toppings. I'm allergic to mushrooms so I couldn't eat my pizza. I spent $25.00 for nothing. I tried to call the store but it automatically hangs up after 8 rings. I called the customer service line and was told "maybe they are busy". I tried for over an hour to call...19 times and NEVER REACHED a person. I find it so odd that a business wouldn't answer their phone. I tipped 18% and now I wish I had some recourse. I hate pizza hut. I normally order dominos but they changed their sauce and it's weird. I guess no more pizza for my house.

The worst pizza hut experience I've ever had at this location. I ordered over 100 dollars worth of food on the app for my daughter's birthday for delivery at 515pm. By 6pm there was no delivery. I called to follow up and Alexis at the store said that she didn't know what happened and it looks like her manager cancelled my order because Doordash couldn't pick it up. I said you guys dont do your own pizza deliveries?? She said they didnt and use a third party (ridiculous). I said Well how come nobody called me and the app still shows I have been charged. I asked to speak to the manager and she simply said he wasn't on site and was 'texting' him about it. She couldn't even give me her manager's name and offered zero solutions. I had 20+ people at the house with zero food and no notice that they could not deliver the service. It was absolutely upsetting and poor service. IF i could give zero stars I WOULD. We went to Little Cesars and spent our money there and they were 100% more helpful and compliant. Even going to corporate to complain was a hassle and no one would pick up there. I had to just "Send an email." My family will never order from Pizza hut again.

Worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. Went to pick up a order for a customer for Uber eats. The manager said the Order was canceled. I called Uber support and they told me the order was still there and that they should’ve gave me the order. I will never be buying food or making food deliveries here again. Not to mention the manager I’m pretty sure is tweaking on something.
