Placed an order 2hrs before pick up. Got a confirmation email with number. Showed up at scheduled time and they told me they never got the order. Showed them the email and they again replied they didn't have it. No attempt to make it right. Thankfully I had not paid yet. I left. Unfortunate.

Sarah was so patient and communicative. She was patient for me to respond as I have many small children in the home. She followed my exact instructions to wait at the gate and put the delivery at the exact spot that I told her to she also close the gate up upon leaving, which means a lot to us because our dogs ran out. I have never had a sweeter Kind woman service me ever. She was extremely down to earth, and honestly, this girl deserves a raise!! Thank you Sarah For delivering food, my children and my grandmother were super hungry, and I was not in a position to be there to attend to the grocery needs. It truly means a lot. 🦋🦋🦋

Been coming to this location for a while and the quality has been inconsistent went in today and James had my pizza ready on time. It was cooked perfectly, and he was really a pleasure to deal with. I think this location is really starting to turn around.

The food they gave us food and it wasn't how we ordered it. It sucked and they gave us attitude and was disrespectful and the little girl who was in the front have us attitude and the manager didn't want to do there job and talk to us they also the manager had one of the other workers talk to us

I had no issues ordering online, I work just across the street from them. I was able to pick up my order in 15 minutes. It was exactly what I ordered. No issues with the taste or anything. I had no other interactions aside from pain from my order and getting my food. No major concerns for me on my end. Will order again.
This Pizza Hut never checks their delivery people before they leave. They never make sure that the delivery person has the correct order and all the items. The people that work at this Pizza Hut seem like they have a hard time with this aspect of their job. They need to figure out a new system. And they need to learn how to read and pay attention to details. And pizza is charging way too much for their wings, and in general to be having such remedial problems.

Twilight zone kinda vibe, just odd! All that was missing was the dads dada Dada da da Dada Dada theme song and Rod Sterling . Yes, it's like that and worse, and very unsettling. It was empty and cusromers waiting in their cars.
I mean, is it a bad area or what as it was our first time there. We tried the new tavern style pizzas. It's a sham as the pizza is thin and very small! What in the world! The 🍕 was just a wee bit bigger than a dessert plate, cooked too hard, and the breadsticks were sticking to the side of the box. We didn't know because it was a very pretty box which was part of some promotion.
The order was clearly prepared hurriedly and was our first time and most assuredly the last as I give rides to people and decided to try it too. Theirs was also messed up and they apologized profusely to me for suggesting it as if they had something to do with it.
My first inclination was to call and report it. Nah, a credit meant repeat business, after this (Nah) not happening. Everyone agreed worst pizza we ever had, and it's a total rip-off. Not recommended, and spend your hard earned money elsewhere and make it count.
Unless, of course, one likes counting in jest how long it takes you to eat a slice, pretty much in one bite; 10 seconds if that.
Hence, store bought pizza is so much bigger and, although not necessarily better. It's a toss up, and this pizza makes for the perfect Frisbee. Size, circumference, stiffness, and all,
Good Pizza; But I watched my personal pizza handled with NO gloves....

It's pizza hut not great you have to pay for cheese and peppers condiments no delivery they use uber so if you don't give them atleast ab15% tip your pizza cold or stuck to the box

Worst place ever. Ordered a pizza online. Went to pick it up and not a single employee in the store for 10 minutes. I literally mean not one person. Was yelling for someone to help and no one came. Finally after ten minutes some young employee comes from the back playing on his phone and didn't even notice I was standing there until I said excuses me I need to pick up my pizza. Will not be ordering from pizza hut again.

Ordered a tavern style pizza. Dude didn't even realize I was in the building for 5 minutes. Pizza was a regular thin crust pizza.. I thought the tavern style would have a special seasoning or something. Might as well go to little Ceasars since that MEDIUM pizza costed me $21.. little Ceasars is better quality than this
