I've been here about 5 times now. I'll admit I've not tried many hot pot places and the other one I did try was way worse than this one. Great selection of veggies, noodles, meats & seafood. I've only ever had their Sukiyaki broth, a little bit savory & sweet! The not having free refills kinda irks me since you're paying $35 bucks a person.

PK Shabu Shabu is my favorite place to eat with friends when we're visiting! There are plenty of food choices, so many dip options and additions to your hot pot. I particularly like that each person receives their own pot so you can customize your broth flavor to your liking. It's worth every penny! I would've taken more pics, but we were busy eating and enjoying each other's company! ?Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian broth and a plethora of vegetarian additions on their buffet!

I had a great time here. The food was good. It is very easy to eat as little or as much as you want. I would say it was slow getting meat. Would go

It was just ok. The food was ok, the service wasn’t great. And the price was a bit high. That said, the selection of food was excellent!! Many vegetables and seafood choices.

first time here but not for my cousin who took me here. i got the tom yum broth and originally i thought it was lacking. it was not until the very end that my cousin said they just give you the base broth and it is up to you to make it to your liking. i'll admit i did not listen to him originally when he mentioned the sauce section which i thought was just for dipping. so towards the very end i checked out the sauce section and was actually able to flavor my tom yum closer to the flavor i really wanted. the selection of items for the hot pot are very good in my opinion. if i could do it over i would make the broth to my specs, do not over fill the broth with too many items, and my meal would have been excellent. you kinda have to be experienced on the flavor of the types of broths to understand how to make it good because obviously not all people may like the flavor and level of spice of tom yum that i like so they will bring you just the base flavor.my cousin did mention they can be undermanned there which i can concur. the setting seems like a basic open area which is fine with me. nothing fancy but gets the job done. i did enjoy my meal there, but it could have been way better if i knew what i was doing from the start. will defintely go there again if i can make it back to phoenix.

Saw this recommend on Instagram and took the family to it. The line was a long wait but now we understand why. It was so good. We got to choose our soup base I had the PK House and you can’t go wrong with it. You can start with 4 choices of meat and we did brisket, beef belly, pork belly, and chicken. We got to pick our own veggies and other meats. They have some fruits and treats the tres leches cake was delicious. We ate sooo much food. I do suggest starting with only a few things as left over food you don’t eat will be charged as extra.

A couple friends took me here for the first time recently. Everything was super tasty and fresh and our waiter was friendly and helpful in helping me decide which base to get and explaining how the process works. Will definitely be returning!Dietary restrictions: They have quite a buffet of ingredients to pick from ranging from veggies to fish and seafood and a menu of meat to order from. Also the staff are very friendly and glad to answer any questions. :)

This place is a great option for hot pot! The have plenty of varieties of vegetables, seafood, meats and ramen! I really like that they separate the veggies from the meat to avoid cross contamination. For vegetarians, they have three broths that taste amazing! Highly recommended this hot pot spot!Vegetarian options: There were 3 vegetarian soups, large vegetarian selections, im a vegetarian and I loved it!

Food is great plenty of options. There were a couple times we had to wait for refills and meat orders but nothing too crazy. They have plenty of dessert options which was a pleasant way to finish the meal. Will come back. Would recommend!

Hands down my favorite place to get hot pot. I have yet to try all of the soup bases, but I do always enjoy the both the spicy and miso. I really enjoy the fact that I can pick everything that I want to add to my dish without limitations. Also all of the options are always great and look fresh. I also love the variety as you are able to try something new every time you visit. The staff is always very attentive, making sure to check in every so often for drinks and to reorder meats. I will definitely be back time after time!

Think of it as a bottomless bowl of soup. There is a buffet style line with fresh vegetables, seafood, and meats. Pick your flavor of broth, then go fill your plates with whatever you want in your soup. They don't have fountain drinks only cans. So you will pay for every drink, no free refill. Otherwise it's a clean and fun investment if it's your first time get there early they do fill up after 7 especially on the weekends
