We are currently filing a discrimination lawsuit against this establishment for the rude comments made by the cooks about white people and black people. This restaurant is owned by extremely racist people and they will be hearing more from us.

I work in the area and never noticed this Pollo place existed until I started doing a Google search for places to eat around here and read its high-ranking star reviews, and decided to come in and try it out.We ended up ordering the Pollo Combo, and I didn't disappoint. The flavor of The Pollo brought me back to some places where they sell it in Mexico. I would definitely keep coming back.I sometimes work in this area and I had never noticed that this place existed until I started doing a Google search for places to eat in this area and I noticed that the place has a high number of good comments and I told myself, well, we have to Stop and see what all the good things they say about the place are about.I ended up ordering the Pollo special and as expected, as soon as I tried it I thought I was eating El Pollo as they sell it in many places in Mexico. I will definitely continue returning to this place for El Pollo.

Very bad, the roast chicken did not have salt and was very dry and burnt, the horchata water is very bitter and spoiled and the Jamaican one did not have sugar. I will not return

Drove to this place based on its high reviews, but was disappointed. The chicken was highly dry and possibly reheated old chicken, given the quality and serving time. The carne asada taco also had an off smoky flavor that was impossible to eat, leading me to think it might have been made with old re-heated meat as well. It's a letdown, especially when expectations were set high from the reviews. I will not return. For this type of chicken, I'd suggest Pollo Loco as a better alternative, coming from someone not a fan of chains like that ?Edit: Since I have no other way to reply. I know what carne asada is suppose to taste same as the chicken as I am from Mexico, no way this is a highly rated Mexican place, I am not the only one saying their meat is highly dry.

Great customer service and tasty burritos. The chips and guac were great and they hooked it up on chips. Compared to the competition next to them their burritos are on the smaller side for the price but I was happy with the service and happy with the food. Also amazing homemade horchata!
