I ordered chicken. The first time I went at night, my chicken was bloody. i took it back the next day, and the manager gave me back my money and gave me the best fresh chicken. So thank you, Popeyes, for having managers who know how to handle situations when they happen. And I will be coming back. Top-notch customer service experience.
The chicken had no seasoning. And the biscuit was super hard
I went to this Popeyes & feel the need to report how horrible it was. The staff there are so slow and possess the urgency of a sloth. We stood at the counter waiting for our order to be taken for a long time. The person had to be told to take care of the people in the line. His customer service in taking orders was horrible!! In addition to waiting for our food, we witnessed an employee drop a piece of chicken on the floor, pick it up and proceed to place in the box for a to go order. I was shocked, disgusted and in disbelief!! On top of that, I saw 2 dead cockroaches on the dining room floor. I also saw a 3rd under a table nearby. It seems there have been many complaints about this specific location, the service and the food. They apologize online but looks like problems still exist.
In this day and age, with the high price of take out, its unacceptable to receive this type of customer service. Shame on you and shame on your staff! i would stay far way from this location.
They keep messing up my boneless wing orders by making them boned and also keep forgetting my ranch dippings even when I pay for them. And the orders are always with Uber eats so if I wanted to fix the issue, I had to drive down there (which I did one time) which completely defeats the purpose of Uber eats and wastes my time, my money, and my patience. Terrible service. Even a monkey could perform the simple tasks required of them. Go to another location if you can. The extra distance is worth it than dealing with their stupidity.
I went through the drive-thru. There was no one else waiting to order food so the process was quick and there were no customers inside. I got the 12 piece chicken fingers with 2 large sides, a popcorn shrimp meal, and a gallon of sweet tea. With the shrimp meal, I asked for a sweet tea and got a regular tea. The gallon of sweet tea was marked as such but wasn't sweet. All the food was luke warm at best and the biscuits were rock hard. I definitely will not be going back.
Went through DT between 11-12 today....Chicken was extremely dry....Wrong sauces received...gave a 20.00 card and a 10.00 to cover the 24.00 total and the cashier took all the cash and left money on the card....no receipt....not happy with this location....not happy period!
I will just go elsewhere as your store doesn't handle Customer Service properly...Your Loss!
This location has given me too many bad experiences. I have a 30 minute lunch to eat and pick up food. I put in a pick up order and I was given this brunt biscuit. I didn’t get any utensil for my mash potatoes so I couldn’t eat them and m tenders were cold. The phone number on the site doesn’t work and online will not complete a complaint. It’s very frustrating when in 10 hours this would’ve been my only meal, and I’m in healthcare so it’s hard to find time to get a meal in. I explained I ate the tenders because that would be my only food but they were cold and was just reimbursed for the potatoes and biscuit. Seeing the other complaints, there is no quality check on the food here. Maybe new management needs to take over. This is unacceptable. Why would you give out food you wouldn’t eat yourself?!

Three of us dined here on Sunday afternoon. There weren't many customers around so we were able to place our order right away. Service was mediocre. Food was not hot, not even warm. Every table in the dining room looked like they hadn't been wiped down. My husband ate the popcorn shrimp. He became ill within two hours. I have rarely eaten at Popeye's and now I never will again.

this is probably the 3rd time. the order is never correct. never order the tenders and pop corn shrimp. they always forget the tenders

I went to the drive through tonight and was told to hold on unless I had a mobile order. I told the lady that I had a real easy order nd she said to wait. Took her 4 minutes before she took my order. All I wanted was 4 apple pies. Not a hard order at all. Then I get to the window nd the lady that was there said she was the manager, she had absolutely no customer service experience in her life. Very rude when I voiced my complaint about the service she allowed her worker to come at me with attitude and telling me that she was the only one taking orders packing them and if I could do better maybe I should go back in the store and help them out to just apply for a job there. Then closed the window on me. No apologies nothing but absolute attitude. I won't be going back there again. I shouldn't have to be told to apply to do her job.

Order 6 piece ghost pepper wing only.got 3 and bunch of sauce. Chicken 3 piece only 2 wing and thigh they are doing this to save food cost. That's why they don't have a number they no are scamming people. To eliminate food cost that's where they know are wrong. Go to in and out.

Items ALWAYS missing on orders at this location.
I work in customer service and I get some things are out of your control but I came inside the location to redeem my points, I have not done before not knowing how it works the girl scanned my points then messed up the transaction and backed out, but my points were already taken from my app and they were saying that there was nothing they can do and I had to sit and explain to them why they should redeem my meal because they messed up on their end, until they offered to give me my order because they messed up. I was nice the whole time, saying take your time, asking how their day was trying to figure out the situation. Manger Jenny was rude and gave me attitude instead of trying to fix it saying I should redeem it on the app or go to the drive-through next time trying to seem like it was my fault when I have never redeem points before and after they had messed up on their end. Not one. I’m sorry that this happened or sorry about the misunderstanding or anything.

Forgot my chicken and my biscuit for my big box meal and my husband's wings were ice cold then whenever I tried calling no matter how i dialed it gave me cannot be completed as dialed
