Went through drive thru tonight- could barely hear the dude even when I pulled up to window.. I asked for mayo and ketchup on the side. He gives me my bag and I confirm there is mayo and ketchup.. had to go back inside to get mayo because apparently he thinks ranch and mayo are the same! My fries are soggy as hell.. So over this location- never had a good experience here even ordering inside. Smh

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of being served by Gregory, and I thought he was the manager with how fantastic he was running everything. We have never had such excellent service while dining here before, so I’m excited to go back. HE NEEDS A RAISE!!!

Gregory at this location deserves a raise! , me and my fiancé walked in and the first thing we notice was him making sure everyone was taken care of all while making sure the back of the house was running efficiently, great worker and amazing service from him!

Gregory is wonderful. My assumption is that he is the manager. He is very kind, gracious, and helpful. He noticed that I used a cane and brought a chair from the dining area to the counter so that I could sit down while I decided what to order. That was so thoughtful, because he didn't want me to stand at the counter leaning on my cane. He informed me of a special offer, and also gave me the senior discount. He brought my meal to the table and asked me what condiments I wanted. I couldn't eat my entire meal, so I asked for a bag to take the remainder of the meal home, and he held the bag for me while escorting me to my car. In today's world, it is a delight to find a young man of his caliber. He is definitely an exception to the rule. He said that he wanted to give glory to God and indeed he did! Darryl was also a very nice employee. He told me how I could earn a free apple pie on my next visit by making a $1 donation to the Popyes foundation, which I was happy to do. The facilities were nice & clean, too. Overall, a great dining experience.

I was extremely disappointed in this Popeyes location again, the guy that took my order on the intercom was extremely loud his greeting scared the crap out of my, I spent 29.00 $ on the 8 PC chicken mashed potatoes and 4 biscuits, the chicken was very dry, I knew I should have just went to the taco shop and got 5 rolled tacos supreme for 10.00 $, a few weeks prior I order the honey barbque wings, they only had spread the barbque sauce on the tray and just dropped the winds on the thin layer of sauce . I will never eat from that location ever again. These were my 2 worst visits ever. Dude yelling thru thru speaker sounding like he was selling peanuts and a filled baseball park. 30.00 waisted last mite and I didn't even enjoy my meal after working almost 70 hours in the last 6 days. As I said I'll never eat there again.

Probably one of the slowest services you can have on the planet. If you ever decide to go through the drive thru, you are stuck buddy. The orders take 30 plus minutes per person and it takes 15 minutes to get a guy to take your order. All this on a SUNDAY. Sorry but if you want to come here to enjoy yourself go elsewhere

I was just in your drive thru, order #64 on September 18th at or around 8:30pm. I ordered two numbers #2 combos with two breasts, one original one spicy, separate box for the spicy with mashed potatoes and the gravy on the side, then another #2 combo with one spicy breast and a spicy drumstick with Mac n cheese for the side and I got shorted the complete second #2! After I returned home, not checking the box before leaving, since I've never had a problem with an order there. I tried calling over n over to let y'all know so I can get the credit of my missing #2 combo but no one will answer your phone. And this is after calling at least 6 to 7 times. I'd appreciate a makeup on my order, especially since I actually paid for the Whole order and am missing the 2nd part of my order. Ugh! We don't live right around the corner, so this would have been a Huge inconvenience to drive all the way back... So I am hoping that y'all will make good on the#2 combo that was missing. I'm awaiting a response to this comment, and at the very least, given the credit for the next time I make the trek to this locale. Unhappy and hungry. Anthony
