I took my wife here for her birthday tonight. The server was checked out and my food came out twenty minutes after my wife’s. The server was unapologetic. At one point a server came out in tears. It was very disappointing until I realized it was April 1st! It must have been an elaborate April Fools Day gag. Worth the bad food and service and deserving of a five star review for a five star gag!

We ordered three appetizers, four maki rolls, fried rice and every dish came out literally 10 minutes apart from each other, and it wasn’t busy in the restaurant. We noticed at the end of our dinner that one of our appetizers never arrived and the waitress asked the kitchen and she said “we’re sold out but don’t worry we’re not going to charge you”. Since there were no apologies for the service, we may have to stick to the blue wasabi for sushi.

I normally like coming to RA. Iy will be awhile till I come back. Maybe time to find a new sushi place. Food was great as always. However, my server Bri (didn't know her name until I got the check), needs a customer service in-service. Not timely and very rude. I asked for my drinks that I had order a few times. I had all my food before I got my two simple drinks. She also forgot to place my main order too and gave me a horrible excuse that she was sat multiple tables at once. It was not that busy and when I sat down most people were leaving.

Ordered the ra'cking fried rice with steak for two... there was barely enough meat for a kids meal. Drinks are weak unless you cough up the $40 for a ice filled bowl. Stick to just the rolls, you'll be adding salt to the salted edamame.Heads up the bdays coupons must be printed out!!! Get real!

Came to dinner tonight and they were a bit busy, however, manager Mark was amazing. He took our order and helped our server - and please forgive me, I didn’t get her name, but she was just as amazing. Thank you guys so much!
Poor service, just okay sushi We went in to use my birthday certificate. As soon as I told the waitress I had it, I could tell she did not want to wait on us anymore. She did fill up my water once and brought me a box at the end. And then when it came time to pay she brought out a receipt with the total and just said here you go. There wasn't any black folder and she didn't ask for a card or anything. We were confused and she had disappeared so we went up front to ask. The girls at the front desk had to go find her so that she could pay us out. My total was $1.08 so I'm wondering if she thought we would just dip and not pay. We actually had been planning from the start to give her a tip even though I knew my total would be small, but after everything we just didn't.

We have been here a few times over the years. Sushi is okay. I honestly prefer AJs in the same plaza. Service has never been good. Food and drinks come out at random times and people are done eating before others even get their food. Atmosphere is nice. Dark, black and red. Floor is always dirty for some reason. We will probably be back for happy hour but wont be in a hurry.
