Normally this canes is pretty spot on but lately it's missing meals, cold soggy fries or missing extra sauces that we HAVE TO PAY FOR. Do better canes, maybe a hairnet with those silly hats you wear?! This is absolutely disgusting! $30 for soggy fries and god knows what in your drink. Pay attention and check your things!!

The workers here are very cordial. However, I don't think I will return. People bringing their pet dogs into eating establishments is getting ridiculous. At about 3:30 pm Monday, April, 22, 2024, two ladies brought there dog in. They sat it up in a chair and they fed him on the chair. He also was licking the table. This was not a service dog. Even if it was it is not very sanitary for dogs to sit in chairs and licking the table. Apparently, there are no rules for this. If this is Cane's policy then I'm out.

I got a chicken sándwich, it was good but they should add more spicy menus.
Quality has gotten really bad, specifically the cleanliness standards, all while prices continue to climb. They stretch the oil out longer than they should and you can taste it in the food. Bitter burnt old nasty oil flavor nearly every visit unless you happen to catch them on the day one day per week they clean. Soggy nasty fries no longer cooked to order, just sitting in a bin with new and old mixed together. Bummer, this place was very dependable for a long time but it's a waste of money these days.
Love canes, always meets my expectations but DO NOT DOORDASH! They will most likely mess up your order. I’m not sure if it’s DoorDash that sends the order to them wrong or if it’s Canes that messes up but they will mess up your order 90% of the time. I always have something missing wether it’s just an extra sauce, a drink, or even a whole meal.
