Food was excellent and it was nice and clean. We have eaten at so many canes we can't count!

This place has been open long enough they should have it together by now. They do not.

Food is really good. They don’t clean the tables very often as it’s hard to find a clean one to sit at. But overall a good place to grab a quick meal.

I come here all the time and love the food and everyone is kind, Usually I’m really happy with my meals but the past two visits I received my meal it was half the amount of fries I usually get and the size of the chicken was so small, 2 was barely the size of one and I pay for an extra canes sauce but they forget almost every time.

Stupid slow drive thru. If you have an hour to burn gas and time, then hope for your order to be right, then this is for you

Dear Mr Todd Graves,
I really enjoy your store and the food. What I’m concerned about is that you appear so cheap to not allow me to tip when I make a purchase. I get it. You have some supposed wonderful reason for that, but I am telling you I want to be able to give the employee a tip for their great service . You for some reason are not allowing me to do that and I think that’s a bad business decision. It makes you appear like a greedy person to not allow others to give.

The place gets busy, I get it. But when you do a mobile order 30min ahead of time, you expect it to be ready at that selected time. Not only did we see our food setting at the prep station, we asked about it and they still seemed confused and said waiting on drinks.... like I'm right there, I can get them on my own if I knew it would take literally another 10min. Now I get cold food for the kids. What a waste. Do not recommend mobile orders!!!!

Chicken is comparable to Chick-fil-A. It was tender and juicy and crispy outside. The dipping sauce was good too! Prices were about average if not a little on the expensive side. I'll give it another try in one of these days.

Bad and not worth the money. Overpriced, long lines, unseasoned fries, soda drinks filled with only ice, and average chicken. Go to Culver’s or Whataburger instead.
