Wayyyyy better than the Rally's that used to be in my old town. They're friendly and prompt (which isn't a big deal bc I'm patient and I understand the space in there is limited, plus I'd rather wait for fresh food). The only thing I'd say is do a few more squeezes of those condiments. The burgers are dry sometimes and with no mustard, ketchup, or mayo to give it that razzle dazzle, it's just bland.

I never like to leave a negative review but in this case I don't have a choice. It took over 20 minutes to get our food and when we did it was ice cold. 2/3 of the employees decided to go on lunch all at the same time so there was ONE person working the restaurant and drive through. Not to mention the area was full of homeless. The food was decently priced but the quality was awful. NOT what I remember Rally's being like even 2 years ago. It was disappointing.

We waited in the parking lot for them to bring our order out for 20+ minutes and went back through the drive thru to ask what the hold up was, the employee said she thought she gave it to us and we got handed a cold bag of food. Would not recommend. If you want rally’s, go to a different location

The food was sub par at best from what I remember growing up, the employees were super stoned, the grounds were dirty, and the service really wasn't great at all. I rarely say this, but I don't value buying from this fast food restaurant any time soon. The prices are pretty outrageous as is, but to add uncaring staff and mediocre food along with it is too much.

This is now the 3rd time in a row the worker has gotten our order wrong.This time I asked for a burger patty melt and the worker had no idea they existed then when I got home it was a chicken patty melt. Food isn’t horrible service is always trash

I used to love Rally’s but the last 3 times I have ordered food from this place I’m ALWAYS missing fries! I order for 4 people and every time I’m always having to drive back to get 2 or more missing fries or I’m having to pull to the side to check out the 1 bag that they over stuff to make sure all my food is inside (always fries or sauce missing) then they will get an attitude when you kindly ask for the fries and sauce that you missing! When I’m spending $35-$45 for food and order ahead on the app you think they would take the time to make sure everything on the order is inside the one bag you shove everything into.

This place messed up my order and also gave my wife food poisoning. The lady taking the order barely knew english. You only have outside seating which is nasty birds crapping on the tables outside no one cleaning the tables.
"Nara" was unable to help me with the coupon I provided. Claimed the scanner didn't work and the number didn't either. Very little effort put into using their own system that works flawlessly at any other rallys location.The order system is automated, which is different.

I didn't go to Rally's. I went to Whataburger. I asked for a large coke. They gave me a medium size. The burger was good, though.
An affordable place to grab a decent burger. At a much lower price than some of its competitors, little slow service but always good too ??
