Red Lobster

I really dont go here much anymore. But I was curious about the New Seafood Boil. I wish I could say that it was good. It definitely could have been better and is still slightly overpriced. My potatoes in my boil were not cooked all the way, so I could not eat them. I added sausage to my boil. For the additional price, and I dislike that I don't get a whole sausage. The Cheddar Biscuits are also made smaller than before, so there's that. Overall, for the money I spent, I wish it could have been better.

service carries the chain but oh mannn, the price and calorie count is insane. although i must admit the cocktails are super good

Our waiter was like a school teacher. Very informative and educational. I think you Red lobster for having employees such as the waiter that I had this evening. I wish I would have got his name because he was absolutely awesome at his job. More companies need to have employees like him.

We ordered the Snow Crab special on a Tuesday, but we were charged the regular price ($28.99 vs $36.99). Mistakes happen, that's ok, I also should have noticed when paying the bill. We called about the mistake the next day, but management refused to do anything about it. Too bad because the crab was actually pretty good.

The waiter was so sweet. Went during Crab Fest. The food was amazing!

Last time I came here was on Father’s Day. I was very excited to be here with my family. I remember the manager was at the door and welcomed us at the same time as the hostess. It seemed that the manager didn’t like that because she gave the hostess a bitter look, as if she was stealing her spot like. I thought it was weird. The service was amazing, the food incredible, compliments to the chef. But, as we ate I couldn’t help but to notice that the manager was very hostile with the servers. Then out of the blue I saw the mana her leave through t the front door la and not come back.

I asked around for her but she was no where to be found. I wanted to put in a good word for our server that day. The girl with the dimple piercings she was incredible it was super busy and she was able to attend my family efficiently and attentively. Very sweet My kids loved her.

I don’t remember the managers name because she left I think it started a C or a K. I think it was Carrie. Or Katie.

The server that took care of our table was very attentive. He kept checking to see if everything was good and that is why I think think that he deserves a ⭐ for excellent customer service.

Made reservations and got to restaurant at 415. Totally empty. Not one customer. Felt uncomfortable and left

Went Feb 6th 25 for my bday. My lobster was a bit salty, jumbo coconut shrimp was great, the ice cream was ok. My drink was pretty, that’s about it. I’ll return next year.

We had went here after my son scored His first touchdown in flag football. We got there at 3:30 PM and we were seated immediately and they made sure we were seated at a spacious area for my 1-year-old. He came to take our drinks and immediately got some appetizers put in. I wish I could remember our waiter's name Because he explained the menu amazingly and was Very patient, as our kids decided what they wanted to eat. He brought everything out very quickly and everything was delicious.

Parking: The parking lot is on the side of the restaurant and it's a little bit of a walk from the main entrance.

Red lobster doesn't disappoint. From our first date to today 25 years later it is still great. Service was great and the rolls were perfect.

Me & my girlfriend both got sick! Bubbleguts. The crab legs were old! My gf had to ask,wait for crab crackers. No butter.part of order never came out. My glass of water tasted like aquarium water. Steak was rubbery and chewy with no flavor.ruined Valentine’s Day FORsure. Zero stars given!

We dined on excellent seafare cuisine in a very relaxed atmosphere, I had Lobster papardelle pasta 10/10 the spouse had the ultimate feast which was fit for a king! Our table service was fantastic, we were checked on, did not have to ask for refills. Highly recommend! Time: 6pm
