Went Feb 6th 25 for my bday. My lobster was a bit salty, jumbo coconut shrimp was great, the ice cream was ok. My drink was pretty, that’s about it. I’ll return next year.

We had went here after my son scored His first touchdown in flag football. We got there at 3:30 PM and we were seated immediately and they made sure we were seated at a spacious area for my 1-year-old. He came to take our drinks and immediately got some appetizers put in. I wish I could remember our waiter's name Because he explained the menu amazingly and was Very patient, as our kids decided what they wanted to eat. He brought everything out very quickly and everything was delicious.
Parking: The parking lot is on the side of the restaurant and it's a little bit of a walk from the main entrance.
Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp

Red lobster doesn't disappoint. From our first date to today 25 years later it is still great. Service was great and the rolls were perfect.

Me & my girlfriend both got sick! Bubbleguts. The crab legs were old! My gf had to ask, wait for crab crackers. No butter.part of order never came out. My glass of water tasted like aquarium water. Steak was rubbery and chewy with no flavor.ruined Valentine’s Day FORsure. Zero stars given!

We dined on excellent seafare cuisine in a very relaxed atmosphere, I had Lobster papardelle pasta 10/10 the spouse had the ultimate feast which was fit for a king! Our table service was fantastic, we were checked on, did not have to ask for refills. Highly recommend! Time: 6pm

There are little things that an eating establishment can do to make the dining experience special so customers return. Red Lobster did it a couple of weeks ago. They have 2 chicken dishes on the menu, one,
Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo
$19.99 | 1190 Calories
And the other,
New! Parmesan-Crusted Chicken
$19.99 | 650 Calories
I really wanted Alfredo, but not Cajun. So I asked if they could put the parmesan chicken breast on the Alfredo. I mean, the cost of the items were the same. They did it. I was overjoyed. The waiter as well as the manager got a tip.
Fast forward to last Friday night. We were really tired and hungry. Got there at 4:15 before it got busy. Asked for the same thing. A Different manager was on duty and came over and said, we can’t do that. I explained that 2 weeks ago you could. She said they were 2 different dishes prepared differently and would not do it, so we left. So, we headed to one of our favorite spots, Carrabba’s. I asked if they could do the breaded chicken breast instead of the wood fire grilled chicken on my Chicken Alfredo, and they were very willing to do that.
Another place that will go out of their way is Firebirds. I like the salad that goes with the Ahi Tuna Salad better than what’s below the Grilled Tenderloin salad. They have no problem putting the steak on the tuna mix of greens.
This is what separates a good from a mediocre place.
I was in the food business for years. I know what can be done to make the customer happy without compromising anything so customers keep coming back for more. It usually doesn’t take much. Red Lobster fails at this!
Not much of a request nowadays with the menu prices being high and the quality of help declining.
Very nice and quiet atmosphere. Food was good and service fast and amazing. Thank you, Ethan! Unfortunately didn't take pictures of food this time but video of, "under the sea purple."

Service was pretty decent. I remember the chowder tasting different. For so.e reason was a bit stale on this visit. The salad was fresh and amazing and the seafood pizza was decent. Was really quiet on our visit.

I've been a customer at this particular Red Lobster for more than 10 years and have always enjoyed it. I ate here again tonight with my wife and when we walked in at 6:30, it was sad to find the place with only a few tables occupied.
I ordered my usual Salmon New Orleans and was disappointed in the portion for the price. I have probably had this dish at least 20 times and always ordered the full portion, but now the menu only offers 1 size and it is 60% more costly than it was just a few years ago, which would be understandable in these times however, the portion of salmon is about half what it has been for years. The food tasted good and the service was friendly and attentive, I just can"t see Red Lobster being able to compete and stay in business with the portions and prices they are charging these days. It is just not sustainable in the long run. This location is good, it will not be able to hold on if corporate doesn't make some quick and drastic changes.

Food was not great at all. Coconut shrimp was bland. Nice waitress but I told her about the coconut shrimp about, but she just said sorry. She didn’t offer anything else. Shrimp Alfredo was tasteless. Noodles tasted cheap. Crab was super skinny for the price. Brussel sprouts were just okay. Not worth the up charge. Dragon shrimp was good but not great. I asked for extra lemons, brought back 3 small slices. 2 people at table but only brought 3 biscuits. No wonder they are going bankrupt. I will not be returning.
