Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We absolutely love this Red Robin location! They have served us many times over the years. Jae was a great server and made the evening that much more enjoyable.

I always enjoy my time at Red Robin. Seating available, clean and great service. I still haven't decided on what my favorite menu item is yet and I've been eating here for years.
Nothing on the menu disappoints, from appetizers,to cocktails, to main entree.

Red Robin on Stapley is our favorite place to eat, celebrate and bring family/friends who are visiting. The food is always delicious and served quickly. Every staff member greets us with a smile and friendly, positive attitude. The General Manager, Travis, is an incredibly kind and thoughtful person who genuinely cares about making sure those around him are comfortable and enjoying themselves. Our 6 year old daughter, Rebekah, can be a picky eater, but not here! She loves coming to this Red Robin, especially to say Hi to Travis and help the servers sing Happy Birthday to other patrons!

Everything including service was wonderful! I had a chicken crispy salad and I indulged in a side of fries 😄

We absolutely love going to red robin. It's a solid choice for good food, friendly service and who can deny themselves the unlimited fries? I know I can't. I love that they do this. If you sign up for the Red Robin's rewards you also get a free burger during your birthday month which I redeemed this last time. I had the mad love burger which was a first for me and it was amazing.

Everything was yummy and came out fast. Our server Gene was super nice, funny and was great at answering question.

The food was awesome, and it was a great service. It's not as cheap as other fast food restaurants, but it's worth the money.

Went there for a late dinner last night, and our server ended up leaving midway through our meal, seemingly due to poor management. After reading other reviews, it looks like this location is really going downhill. Disappointing.

Was a very lovely visit. My mom and I were highly impressed on how friendly and pleasant the staff are. And quick with everything. Good service like today makes us wanting to come back tomorrow. Good job Red Robin crew.

As usual, the place was clean, the person who sat us was polite. The decor was upside down and looking cute. The menu was as usual flavorful. I was dreaming about my side salad to go for work tomorrow. We took our hostess suggestion at 9pm and sat in the bartenders section. Also as usual, the restaurant was overly air conditioned. Typical for corporate places in AZ. We pushed two two tops together as the booth was dirty and wanted to sit away from under the industrial ac. Our bartender let us know we didn’t have to do that, but no hello or hey give us a chance to get that booth cleaned….

Got our drink order in, two sodas quickly. Realizing it’s date night with no kids, my husband debated beers. We already knew what we wanted, as obviously the lava queso is the best choice for everyone. We discussed one of us scandalously ordering fries and one of us a side salad, getting really crazy and sharing. But alas, our bartender never came back. She did get the orders in for a table who sat themselves after us. She walked past to drop off straws to another table, then drinks to another table, then drinks to another table, then a check. Each trip involving a long trip back to the bar.

Minute 20? 25? (Time moves slow when you’re thinking of chorizo queso) we left after she passed by without grabbing our order.

Got In-N-Out out next door. Minute 6 I had a burger, sadly no queso, but at least all the tables were clean.

If you are going here STOP at the door and look to your left and just go to in and out instead. The service is absolutely terrible. Don’t expect to enjoy anything bottomless because you will be waiting 20 min for refills of any kind.

Went here on 11/24/2024 and I wound up getting g severe food poisoning here. Wound up in the ER room. Will not be back to this location.

FOOD POSIONING: went there on 11/24/24 at 7pm and has violent food poisoning. If you scroll through the reviews, two others have reported this issue on google reviews within the same month. Something is seriously wrong at this location.
