Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Alli was our server and she was amazing. She was checking on us and making sure everything was correct. She made the visit there great. She recommended great drinks as well.

Service was very slow. We had to ask for tea sweeteners. Waitress did not offer us drinks to take home. Tables was sticky and had to ask for it to be sanitized again.

Placed an online Order, ordered a milkshake and they called my husband to tell him their machine was broken and offered to replace or refund. THE GRILLED CHICKEN WAS RUBBERY. THE BROWNIE WAS MISSING THE ICE CREAM ($9 for that small brownie)!

Very busy, but great service. Our waitress was also the bartender and was making cocktails for the whole restaurant. She was working very hard to keep everyone happy and she was very pleasant!

Property clean in and out. Were several different groups celebrating one thing or another. Is superior to other recently visited RR. What was stellar, our server Danielle, a true professional we never wanted or had to ask. She was way ahead.

Great place as always. Chosen by my daughter (who loves the teriyaki chicken sandwich) for her reward for getting off her braces. The waitress was super friendly and fabulous at getting refills for fries, salads, and drinks.

I would give my visit to this Red Robin today, a zero if it went that low. The service was horrible, NONR of our food was cooked how we requested, but the last straw was finding HAIR in my food. This experience was atrocious!!

Great service and food. We live between 2 Red Robins and decided to try this one to have one of their advertised on the internet. The first Red Robin did show the specials anywhere in the restaurant or menu and because of that we overpaid for our meal by several dollars. This Red Robin had the specials posted all over the restaurant.
We won't go back the first Red Robin again, but we visit this place when we feel like Red Robin meal.

Had Gourmet burgers. It was ok, not the best. Came with chips or. Frys i took chips they were good. For a gourmet burger, i think $15 was a bit pricy for what i got. Great service very nice and attentive, made sure if we needed anything.

The food was fair. Price was above what I wanted to pay. Service was poor waitress was inattentive. We had a different waitress see we needed refills and they attended to us. It was also so noisy that it was unpleasant.Frankly the price and lack of attention doesn't equal visitation again.

Server seemed very distracted by something. We had to repeatedly ask for sauce we had ordered. Silverware. Refills on drinks. When we arrived, restaurant was not busy. Hopefully a different location will be better.

We had lunch at Red Robin Mesa, AZ. It was a very nice experience. I had the nachos appetizer as my meal, and my dining partner had the Jalapeño FirevBurger. Both were made just as we ordered them and served hot. The garlic fries were good as well. Our server Brittney was so pleasant, professional and efficient. We couldn't have asked for better. Nothing negative to say about this visit. We will definitely be back!
