Food is average and overpriced. Long wait for food, and came out cold.

I was torn with writing a review, but I've ordered twice and been in person once and felt the need to detail my experience. My initial pick up order, had to wait with no one in the restaurant but me...Middle of the afternoon. Food was good however. I ordered for pick up again. Arrived and food was waiting for me, but they require signature before you can take your food. There were 3 people ordering and me standing by the pick up counter. 2 staff were behind the cashier chatting it up and not once acknowledged my presence, even walked past me. One of them even went through the entire drink options with the guest and made them drinks. I had to wait 10-15 mins until the cashier was done just to sign for my dang food, while the other 2 just stood around. All I needed was to sign the receipt and be on my way. All this to say -- this place has an efficiency issue. Food is great, but until that's addressed, you're dealing with lackadaisical service at best. It seems whenever they feel like it, they'll serve/help you. For those who order pick up: bring your own pen, sign and go, they'll never notice you were there.

Super long wait on a weekend night, but absolutely worth it. The empanadas were great.

Since tick tock review, I went and had to try em. Overall just simply Overated and expensive. $52 for 2 plates , 2 drinks and 1 desert. The $16 plates had very very small portions and should add another empanada instead of 2 for that price. 3 bites and dinner was done. I gave it a chance but won't be going back.

Yummm! As featured on Fox 10 and 3 tv. Since my Lady loves empanadas, I had to try. They have a chicken mushroom, delicious! Elote really popped! Because I'm a jalapeno popper kinda guy, I had to taste. Did not disappoint! So many others, I will return to try there platters and them drinks.

I highly recommend their fries, one of the best fries I’ve ever had, tasted super fresh and seasoned well, the ranch sauce they had with them really hit the spot. The 2 favorite savory empanadas that my group had were the cheeseburger and the ham and cheese. Wished the jalapeño popper empanada had more cream cheese and the cubana had more pickle but still tasted good. The Nutella and peanut butter empanada was very rich, could probably use ice cream or whipped cream to help but still tasted good, the banana cream pie empanada was really delicious as well. They were really busy when we went around 130pm but customer service was really good despite all the people. Would come back again.

The republica empanda did not give me all the food I ordered. I called left voicemail, and emailed them. I did not receive a call back or any emails from them. I will now go through my bank and dispute the charge.

What a disappointment. Called numerous times to get an afternoon appointment and nobody answered the phone. So, drove over a hour to find out that they were closed because they ran out of food! I realize that they have gotten rave reviews, it’s just a shame that they have poor management. Maybe I’ll change my rating for them if they get better management, and answer their phone.

The Empanadas are delicious. Full of flavor, and they have quite the variety. Staff was very friendly and nice even though we snuck in 20 minutes before closing.
