This is one of my absolute favorite places to eat. I am from the Midwest and any time someone visits I take them here to show them real Mexican food. Their rice and beans are so good I actually eat it before the entree! The chimichanga is absolutely MASSIVE!!! their Verde salsa is sweet and delicious, they have a much hotter salsa you can request that is brick red full of smokey flavor and heat! 11 out of 10 stars!
Tried this restaurant for the first time today and we were very impressed. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, the servers are wonderfully friendly and upbeat, and the menu is full of amazing dishes we will be returning to try more of! The salsa verde is the best I've ever had. I ordered the glazed salmon salad, which turned out to be the perfect summer salad complete with strawberries and orange slices that paired well with the salmon glaze. Hubby ordered the steak fajitas...
Got their early as they just opened up. Both dishes were barely warm, a long, long way from hot. like I said it was barely opened, so understandable.
Food was excellent, excellent leftovers. Definitely going back, they just need to nuke some of the ingredients if they are not up to temperature.
