The moment we walked in a friendly environment, the young ladies gave amazing service. No problem with them very kind, sweet girls. The problem was with the food. 1)I ordered a fish taco, which looked delicious, but when I was about to eat it.I got a very strong fishy smell.Something cod shouldn't smell like. Rosa's is a good 40 minute drive for us, but we used to love it there so much that it didn't bother us. They refurbished the outside of the building where Rosa's is in and since then, the prices went way up,Ike almost doubled in price. Rosa's is no longer affordable for us, we've been back twice and the last time we said we would no longer go back. It seems the food and atmosphere just isn't the same anymore
Been dining at Rosa's, whenever we're in Mesa, for nearly 20 years. Staff couldn't be any better or more friendly (family operation), and the food is the best Mexican I've ever found, anywhere. Everything is just way beyond delish.
