I received my pizza destroyed. I called and the Asian manager on phone - told me not thier problem since Uber Eats delivered the pizza.
i asked in notez for parmesan n chili flakes - nothing delivered. I even asked for them to ask the driver to be careful with the pizza.

We ordered an Italian beef and a combo beef/sausage. Weāve been customers of various locations for many years. We ordered this last Saturday (March 29th) and got the worst sandwiches we have EVER gotten in all these years. BOTH were damn near inedible. The sausage was VERY dried out and tasteless and the beef was skimpy and lacking its usual deliciousness . The flavor of these was completely āoffā Both the sandwiches were terrible. The remains of these were thrown away. I called, but could not reach the manager. To say this was disappointing is an understatement. Prices to go out and eat these days are high as it is, but to do so and get food this bad just made us mad. I do not recommend this location and will likely not return any time soon. Very unhappy, and no longer regular customers. š„ŗ

We ordered $55.00 of food for takeout. We had appetizers, pasta and bread. It was HORRIBLE! We threw it all away. It tasted old. The cheeses had a weird tang. Do not eat here!!

I stopped by to order the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken and a slice. When I walked in they were playing rap music very loud in the back. The chicken fettuccine was disgusting. I took 3 bites and had to throw it out. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Dangā¦. Itās not Rosatis. whereās the garlic in the sauceā¦. The crumbs on the bottom of the hand tossed doe. The pizza tastes like bought pre made doe, spaghetti sauce and we all couldnāt finish it. This location is soo bad! Thatās strike two here and wonāt be back.

The first one was 8 months ago, gave it another try and absolutely DISUGUSTING and a disgrace to Rosatti's! I WILL be calling Chicago corporate office to complain! I have been ordering from Rosatiās here in the Valley for years and never have I ever ordered from one where there was such poor customer service and the food sometimes is how should I put it?? Less enjoyable than the Rosatiās quality that I have come to know and love. For the money that I spend, frequently enough. I feel that I should be able to call in and place my order and not have to worry about the person who is taking my order having an attitude, lying, or hanging the phone up on me. Do yourself a favor, go to Barros, Venetzia's, Twisted Pie, heck even Little Caesars before you even consider eating here. Literally the worst Rosati's, I can't believe corporate allows them to tarnish the Rosati's name with the stuff they serve.
