THIS Rosatti's franchise/franchisee is THEE FING WORST! HOW? HOW do you get a cooked pizza with stale DOUGH! Second and LAST time ordering! The first one was 8 months ago, gave it another try and absolutely DISUGUSTING and a disgrace to Rosatti's! I WILL be calling Chicago corporate office to complain! I have been ordering from Rosati’s here in the Valley for years and never have I ever ordered from one where there was such poor customer service and the food sometimes is how should I put it?? Less enjoyable than the Rosati’s quality that I have come to know and love. For the money that I spend, frequently enough. I feel that I should be able to call in and place my order and not have to worry about the person who is taking my order having an attitude, lying, or hanging the phone up on me. Do yourself a favor, go to Barros, Venetzia's, Twisted Pie, heck even Little Caesars before you even consider eating here. Literally the worst Rosati's, I can't believe corporate allows them to tarnish the Rosati's name with the stuff they serve.

Delicious pizza and wings. It reminds me of back home and gives me a nostalgic feeling. It is next to impossible to find a decent pizza in arizona, so I'm glad I found a place from home to come get some.

HORRIBLE. I placed an order and waited over an hour for my food. I called in the guy was rude and they told me they had too many orders to fulfill and wasn’t making the pizza and refused to cancel it because they didn’t want the trouble with Uber eats. I had to wait until the actual restaurant closed for Uber to cancel my order. And all the other restaurants were closed so me and my family couldn’t eat. I will NEVER patronize this business again.
