My latest experience here was very disappointing. I ordered 2 pizzas online and requested delivery. Paid for delivery and left a generous gratuity. I received a call from Rosati's about 15 minutes after I ordered and was told they were short-staffed and couldn't deliver, I had to pick up. While this was not convenient, it wasn't impossible. When I went to pick up, I had to ASK to have the delivery charge removed, and I also wanted the gratuity removed. An unfriendly person came to the check-out and said he would remove the $3.50 delivery charge but couldn't remove the gratuity, only give me a credit for next time. I don't live in Mesa so a credit doesn't do me any good. He did NOT actually remove the delivery charge, the fully amount has been charged to my credit card. This entire experience will prevent me from ever ordering here again. A complete rip-off.

I had pizza delivered to my home and paid cash. The driver stated that he didn't bring change for my order and that I didn't request it. When I questioned it, he then stated I didn't need change. I called up to the restaurant and the same driver answered the phone and continued to tell me that I needed to let them know next time. He also refused to let me speak to the manager and wouldn't give me his name.

I received my pizza destroyed. I called and the Asian manager on phone - told me not thier problem since Uber Eats delivered the pizza.
i asked in notez for parmesan n chili flakes - nothing delivered. I even asked for them to ask the driver to be careful with the pizza.
3 mile drive - so dissalointed 🤬😤😡

We ordered an Italian beef and a combo beef/sausage. We’ve been customers of various locations for many years. We ordered this last Saturday (March 29th) and got the worst sandwiches we have EVER gotten in all these years. BOTH were damn near inedible. The sausage was VERY dried out and tasteless and the beef was skimpy and lacking its usual deliciousness . The flavor of these was completely “off” Both the sandwiches were terrible. The remains of these were thrown away. I called, but could not reach the manager. To say this was disappointing is an understatement. Prices to go out and eat these days are high as it is, but to do so and get food this bad just made us mad. I do not recommend this location and will likely not return any time soon. Very unhappy, and no longer regular customers. 🥺

We ordered $55.00 of food for takeout. We had appetizers, pasta and bread. It was HORRIBLE! We threw it all away. It tasted old. The cheeses had a weird tang. Do not eat here!!

I stopped by to order the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken and a slice. When I walked in they were playing rap music very loud in the back. The chicken fettuccine was disgusting. I took 3 bites and had to throw it out. If I could give less than one star, I would.
