This store is not good. The food is dry and when you order Italian beef sandwich it comes with fries at all of the other stores but not this one.

HORRIBLE. I placed an order and waited over an hour for my food. I called in the guy was rude and they told me they had too many orders to fulfill and wasn’t making the pizza and refused to cancel it because they didn’t want the trouble with Uber eats. I had to wait until the actual restaurant closed for Uber to cancel my order. And all the other restaurants were closed so me and my family couldn’t eat. I will NEVER patronize this business again.

Ordered a pizza. Called and notified them that I got the wrong type of pizza. Now, usually when a buissness gets the wrong order it's simple as hey let us make it right. I shouldn't have to drive it back over to get it redone. They should have atleast offered a credit or to deliver since they do that. Super unhappy woth that phone call. I even left a tip. Need to work on customer service.

Who sells burnt wings? Honestly!? ( the cook looked at them and said to himself this looks good enough to sell. And sent them on the way) I’ve never had a problem with Rosati’s pizza. But this is a why I won’t come back for awhile. Sucks to see a good place go. I spent $20 on these. Not even going to eat them. Waist of money.I knew I should have cooked. Almost 70 for the food all together. ( won’t get that back) do better!

Worst Rosatis location in Arizona. Food is super expensive and subpar with other local pizza places. Placed order for delivery, Never showed up!! Waited over 2 hours with it passing 11pm. Couldn't go to store to pick anything up (closing time) so kids went to bed hungry. Contacted them, they acted as if I never ordered?!.... Website stated they close at 10, 11 and 12pm?? Which one is it.... Never againLocation has 3 star rating, F---

Absolutely disgusting. My wings were raw, my pizza wasn't fully cooked and not even what I ordered. I asked for then to make it again or give me a refund they denied both. I've been to other Rosatis and am Absolutely shocked and embarrassed they allowed whoever owns this franchise to be associated with them. I am forced to dispute charges for unedible food with my bank. I'm more livid because my kids ate part of the pizza before I realized it wasn't fully cooked.
The pizza looked like it came from Walmart pilburydough boy from the can with throw up on top! I simply asked for them to remake it or refund and was denied both. I have pictures if anyone would like to see!

Not as good as other locations by any means. Wings are over cooked, with sauce just dumped in the container instead of tossed together. Pizza lacks seasoning as you'd typically expect. Mozz sticks and zepolle were good.Service was good, younger employees were kind, but very quiet.No seating at all. Place the order for pickup and be ready to walk in and out.

I have ordered from Rosattis’s for many, many years being from Chicago. The last few times I have been very disappointed. This location has gone down hill since new owners took over. Salads are not fresh, pizza is undercooked or overcooked and the Italian Beef sandwiches barely have meat on them. I remember when you could make two sandwiches with the amount of beef that they would pile on, not anymore! Even though the prices have gone up, the quality of the food has gone down. I’m not sure how many more chances I can give this establishment. Very dissatisfied.

The place smelled SO damp when walking in, it was just awful. The pizza on the counter (slices to go) were old and gross looking. Our pizza was fine but the meatball sub was not great, the salad had brown leaves and the sweet peppers were rancid. Won’t be going back.
