Monday 10.6.25 called at 8:32 pm LITERALLY NEVER EVEN ANSWERED THE PHONE. Put me on hold until they closed at 8. HORRIBLE customer service. Don't put 8 at your closing time if you're gonna close at 7:30. That's just running a restaurant 101. It pisses off your customer, and next time they choose your competitor because they don't want to deal with all of this bs.

Used to be a good place, now it is terrible, the girl who took my order sounded completely stoned, the manager lied to me, I canceled my delivery order and still was charged 129.50 for food I never consumed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else these guys don't deserve your business.

Have ordered from them forever. They got the order wrong, charged my credit card twice and when we called to talk to them they hung up. Absolutely terrible customer service. The delivery was aweful. The bag was soaked in oil from the peppers so the bag split. The driver didn’t speak English so we couldn’t talk to her.

If you're looking for fantastic pizza, Rosati's is a solid choice! Their crust is always perfectly crispy, and the toppings are fresh and generous. It's consistently delicious and a reliable spot for a great pie. Highly recommend!

This place used to have the best pizza. But I quit using them because the service was so slow. It took more than an hour for a pizza when dining in, and delivery was even worse. But the pizza was so good. Tonight I ordered, the service was fine, but the pizza was terrible. They have changed the ingredients. This is not the same pizza. And it is way too expensive for crappy pizza. Never going to order from them again.

Every time we go to Rosati‘s as a family, we all suffer because there’s no AC in the place every time we go they always say our AC is being fixed finding out it’s every time to go ac is not working

I have been coming here a few months on Saturday's during my lunch. The staff seemed nice enough. Drinks are decent depending on who makes them. The food is horrible, I usually just get a salad. I ordered my usual salad on Sat and was brought a plate with a HANDFUL OF LETTUCE. The salad is over 5 dollars, it has never been this SMALL. I ate it anyways, I was hungry. Then I ordered build your own pasta. Apparently it is 13.99 for noodles and sauce even tho their chicken fettuccini alfredo is 13.99. If you want mushrooms, it will be 2.50 additional. I had no idea noodles and sauce and lettuce are so expensive these days. The alfredo was terrible too, so I was annoyed to pay 30 for all this when my drink wasn't very good, new guy Rob is sub par at bloody Mary's, my tiny salad and horrible alfredo with 2.50 mushrooms- so I was upset when I got the bill. I was trying to find where it says mushroom's are more, and Ashley decided to rip me a new asshole telling me I was being rude to her employee. WHAT? First off, I AM AT A BAR, I was NOT RUDE and I am sure AS A BAR YOU GET FAR WORSE. There are SO MANY LOCAL BUSINESSES with GOOD FOOD and NICE EMPLOYEE's I would strongly urge you to select elsewhere to dine. I am sure their pizza is the only thing keeping this place in business and no, I did not have any. Everything else I have ever gotten was terrible. I will dine and drink elsewhere as well. The Chinese place next door is BOMB! EDIT: I found Mr Brew's Taphouse on the corner and their food and drinks are FABULOUS! HUGE SALAD and the people are super friendly and it's a really nice atmosphere! I'll be there people!
This Rosati’s Pizza is not like any other. My thin crust pizza was the worst pizza I have ever had from anywhere. You could find a far better pizza in the frozen section of Basha’s. The crust was not the same recipe as the Rosati’s on Greenfield, and it wasn’t baked thoroughly. The cheese was flavorless, the sauce was bland. This is not good!

Their Hawaiian pizza is the best and service is good. The waitress is friendly and always makes sure you're taken care of. Never had a bad meal.

My delivery time was 720 to 730. I didn't get my pizza untill 810. I was told at 748 that the driver just had left. The service has been going down
