I was very happy when this location opened up, as it is very close to where I live. Each time I ordered delivery, or went into the pub to eat, I had courteous and efficient service, and my food was always prepared correctly, and delicious. On Sunday 9/15/19, around 6pm, I drove over to the pub, to have dinner, and was surprised to see everything dark inside, and noticed a hand written note on the door, 'closed thanks management'. I went on to Facebook, and into messenger, as I had previously received coupons and offers. I sent a quick message to tell them that I hoped the closure was temporary. The message was read, and within :30, the FB page was closed/removed. It now shows online that this location is closed 'permanently'. I'm very sorry to read this. I wish everyone else had had similar experiences that I did, but clearly by the reviews, others didn't.

Now this is the place for me. I've eaten in the restaurant, Done the take out and the delivery service and the pasta is so good. Pretty much from the moment I walked in the place I was already family which was great because when the food arrived it was really good. I mean really good. So far every item I've tried has been great.

My husband and I ordered two pizzas and a family of 5 came, ate, and left before we got our pizza. Our waitress wasn't that great, didn't bring our our food. Didn't ask us about our food. minus the inedible crust, the pizza I got was really good. Good service would have made me come back. Probably would try other locations.

I have never had Chicago style pizza. Let me say I just loved it! When they say it's thin crust i was expecting thin ... Not the case! Nice friendly environment. I have a special needs grandson and when we go new places we are afraid how he would react. He adapted very well with the environment and the staff was Great! We will be back!!!

3/9/19 Worse customer service! Delivery took over 2 hrs and cold, they refused to refund! I called they said they will send another pizza out said I can't wait then mrg hung up on me. Glad I have other options for Chicago pizza

Came in to this pizza place after ordering an online order that I didn't receive I spot to the owner Chris knew about the problem and he said that he would take care of me I later came in to Rosati's and was then played as if they had no record of my order so I pulled up my order and it showed that it has not been delivered to nor did I receive a refund also I left my I phone up there after I left and my iPhone was taken from we're I left it and stashed out side in the bushes I was able to find it by tracking it threw my spouse phone on find my I phone I will never ever be visiting these people again

My boyfriend and I walked in about an hour and a half to an hour and 40 minutes before they closed. All we were hoping to get was a pasta, nothing else! As soon as we sat down the woman came over and said, "our kitchen just said they're closed and can't make anything other than pizza" so we literally just left. It was going to be my first time trying this place, and my first impression was already terrible - but my boyfriend was really wanting their pasta, so we called the Rosati's in Arcadia and they ACTUALLY made our order. With an even shorter notice than this location and with us having to still drive there. It was just really irritating that we drove from Mesa to Arcadia, (yes, by choice) when they probably could have made it there but were just choosing not to.

They were out of. Pepsi, boneless wings, lemonade, mozzarella sticks, olives, it seemed like ever beer we asked for. It was super hot. I don't think I would ever comeback. Matter of fact I almost walked out after getting drinks. And btw the manger never came and said sorry. Or offer to do anything to make it right.

I will never go back. Big advertisements for a beer they got rid of, menu items that say all day which come to find out only go until 4, waitress said we could split a pizza half and half which later said no, and we were one of two tables in the entire restaurant and it took 40 min to get our food

Don't pay attention to these grumpy a** guys being all "it's not Chicago enough! Pictures from Chicago don't make it Chicago!" Do you really care that it's super authentic? HELL NO. You want to know if the pizza is good. And you know what? It goddamn is. I love this pizza. Service has been great, it's a fun atmosphere, but most importantly the food is goddamn delicious. And if you are someone who wants an authentic Chicago pizza experience, know that my wife is from Chicago and says it's the closest to her favorite pizza in the city (Pete's Pizza on Western) that she's had outside of Chicago. We've been tempted to make the drive from California to Arizona just to have it again.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I ordered a $400 catering order the other day. I called the restaurant and spoke with a woman who I am assuming is the manager. I spent about 15 minutes on the phone with this woman placing the order for the following day. I told her that I needed it to be ready by 11:30 am as it was for a lunch meeting at my office. The meeting had about 40 attendees. I knew that this particular Rosati's was about 12 minutes away from the office and the food needed to be back to my office no later than 11:45 so I was a little worried that I should have it requested to be made a little earlier to ensure it was there by the end of the meeting. I called back about 20 minutes later and asked her if I could change the pickup time to 11:15 instead of 11:30. She assured me that they could definitely have it ready by 11:30 but because it was a large order and they do not open until 11am she couldn't guarantee an 11:15 pickup time but she would try her hardest to ensure that it was ready before 11:30. Fast forward to Tuesday morning. I arrive at the rosatis around 11:20 and let them know I'm here to pick up my catering order. I told the man at the counter and he said it would be 20 more minutes. Um okay that's already 10 minutes past the 11:30 GUARANTEED pickup time. He told us to wait at a table and he would bring it out to us when it was ready. Not much I could do except sit and wait at that point as it's too late to find another lunch option for 40 people this late in the game. The woman who I spoke with on the phone the day before comes up to the table my coworker and I are sitting at and asks if we need anything. I say no that we are just waiting on a to go order. Then a little after 11:40 we go back up to the counter hoping that our food will be done any second. We are waiting there for over 5 minutes and not a single restaurant employee is anywhere to be found. Then the same woman who asked if we needed anything earlier AND the same woman I spoke to on the phone twice the day before asked what we were waiting on. I almost lost it at that point as I am now getting texts from my coworkers saying that the meeting is almost over. I say I am waiting on the to go order that was supposed to be ready 25 minutes ago. I then said that the meeting it was supposed to be for was ending now and the food still isn't done and our office is over 10 minutes away. She then says omg it was supposed to be ready already. Then opens the door to the kitchen and starts yelling at the employees back there saying it was supposed to be ready already and they need to just get the food out. Then she disappeared into the kitchen and we never saw her again yet still had to wait at least another 7 minutes for our food to come out. I can not believe as a manager she ran away and did not offer an apology or any explanation as to why the food was 45 minutes later than what I had asked and 30 minutes later than the guaranteed time. When I asked the man who brought out the order if they had just started making the food at 11:15 or what had happened. He told me that they had 2 large catering orders but my coworker and I had been sitting there for 40 minutes and saw one person carry out 2 pizza and a small brown bag so he must have been lying. My response however was "oh so their order was on time but mine was just 45 minutes late? cool thanks sooooo much." To top it all off they forgot the salad dressings for my 2 full size catering salads and the hazelnut spread for the approximately 50 donuts I ordered as well. To say this was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced is a major understatement. To top it all off it was a Tuesday morning, I gave almost a full day notice of my order ( I called Monday early afternoon), there were 5 customers there (3 of which were just men drinking at a bar- no food) so there is no excuse for what happened.

I dont know what they've done but its defenitly for the better! I just order pizza and wings yesterday from them via postmates, i havent ordered from them since last year maybe so thats why i noticed the change! The pizza was so good and also the wings were delicious!!! The packaging changed and is more awesome! Im definitly gonna be a regular starting now ! Just dont change and if u do , it has to be better and better! Thank u!!

I love this location because of the great staff and great food! I have tried pasta dishes, Pizza, appetizers and of course the desert 😋 They have a decent selection of beer and other cocktail choices. What I love is that they make you feel welcome I'm just good people. This Is The spot for Chicago sports fans to come and watch all your favorite games!!! You have to check them out as well after a Cubs game they have a great beer special. Just bring your game 🎫 !

Definitely exceeded our expectations!! We had the best time, awesome food and great service! Not only the pizza was outstanding they have a cookie dessert that is out of this world !!!
