We have ordered the same pizza from your store. We’ve never had a problem except for one time when it was actually burned when I opened the box after I got home. However, that was acknowledged and we moved on the pizza last night, though it was OK, but clearly whoever was making it just piled on the cheese, so it ended up being really greasy with way too much cheese. I hope they pay attention because it was kind of disappointing after always getting great pizzas from you.

My husband and I just moved to Mesa a few months ago we’re from Chicago and so far this is the closest we have gotten to having a Chicago style pizza! Love the sauce and thin crust!’ We order a large pizza every Friday on our off day.
Great customer service we just wish they stayed open later during the week since we don’t get off work until 8pm and we be wanting that pizza! Overall, love it keep up the good work guys!!

I haven't ordered from here in a long time and I guess now I know why. The pizza was soggy and the crust seemed a lot thicker than it should have been for a thin crust. The wings I ordered should have been hot and they barely had a drizzle of sauce on them. I do remember this place being good a long time ago. Maybe an off night?

Food was good and ready quickly. Staff was friendly. Front coolers and display was empty so it seemed awkward. Left the impression that store is struggling.

Ordered calzones from Rosati’s before but what I received on 01/09/10 was terrible! Both calzones were undercooked, dough was pasty and not made correctly!!! Manager was rude and had the nerve to tell me “we’re not like Pizza Hut “ as far as how they make their calzones! Well I won’t be spending my money at Rosati’s anymore!!!!!

The website and their door states it opens at 11:00 am. Person who answered the phone said it opens at 3:00 PM. Sad that people can’t get a simple thing right these days.
